   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Really shocking customer service experience. I was sold faulty running shoes which I obviously requested to return. I was asked to return these by customer service and provided postal details. I followed their instructions and sent the shoes back. Several days after posting them back I was contacted by Mariana at customer services to say my return had now been “rejected” and not to send the shoes back. I explained this was too late and have asked to have the faulty shoes returned so I might contact the shoe company directly. In response I am repeatedly sent the same generic email by Thandeka which says my return has been rejected. I have asked at least three times to be referred to a manager and am again sent the same generic email. So I now don’t have the product or my money and apparently no form of recourse!

   1-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience at Sports Direct recently. I went to buy a jacket for my daughter and found one clearly priced at £9.99 — the price was properly printed on the label, not damaged or incorrect. However, when I went to the till, the staff member told me the price was £19.99. I showed the label, but after calling the manager, they refused to honour the displayed price and only offered a 20% discount. This is completely unacceptable. The price on the product should be honoured, and it felt misleading and unprofessional. None of the staff wore name badges, the communication was poor, and the whole situation left me feeling cheated as a customer. I expected better from such a large retailer. Very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes this seriously. — Daniel C.

   Curiously easy to miss despite being quite a large shop. Think they need to do more with the entrance to make it look less like it's closed down. Ok store, better than JD for actual sportswear at least, and some very nice staff.

   They look at you like you're a thief the moment you enter the store.this is so humiliating and disturbing....if you want to feel bad go to this store..my husband bought me boots as a gift and cost about 200 pounds,but I didn't like the shoe and it didn't fit me..A few days later, I went and explained the situation and wanted to return it;They said we can't take refunds, we can give gift cards.I here just for holiday and I'm going back to Turkey, even though I said I will not be here again, they were not helpful at all, they were quite rude.I never recommend this place to anyone they are just money oriented

   Awful shop! Manager is unkind and fake, I don’t like her energy at all. If you change your mind in just one day and return what you bought they don’t give you YOUR money back, they say to give u a boucher or exchange for something I don’t need. I live in Spain and where I live there is not sport direct shops not sure of in Barcelona there is one. But it is so inconvenient for me. I can see they don’t mind to lose clients as far as I am concerned.

   Absolutely appalling the way i have been spoken to today by the manager, and in front of my daughter too. The manager was a young girl named billy. She clearly didn't want to help me and was very rude about it, on a plus note the other staff were friendly and helpful but due to the way i was treated by her in front of other customers today i will not use or recommend this branch in the future. Billy clearly needs to be taught how to speak to customers and reminded she's not above helping customers. Definitely not an asset to Sports Direct, as a business owner myself I would not have such rude member of staff work for my company.

   Undoubtedly the worst customer service I've ever experienced at the till, spent 20 mins total getting an exchange because they were incredibly slow and made me join the back of the queue several times. They clearly didn't know/want me to make the exchange. The fact that you can't get a full refund on items is extremely sketchy - make sure you'r e aware of this before purchasing anything.
