“We have been swimming with Puddle Ducks since our son was 10 weeks old, and he is now 3. He has come on leaps and bounds (quite literally!) He is so confident in the water and the focus on safety gives us sense a reassurance. He absolutely loves swimming and it’s something that we love to do together. The teachers are all amazing (and we’ve particularly loved having Carly and Vicki) and are so passionate, they also make the classes so fun. Thank you Puddle Ducks!”

“I’d really wanted to get into guitar for years and I’ve found Richard to be an amazing gateway and teacher! I really enjoy playing some of my favourite songs (lots of Bowie ;)) and I’ve even had the chance to play in open mic nights which I’ve really enjoyed.”

“I have been playing a guitar for 12 years, being self taught and never taken guitar lessons before I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I have found John to be a vastly experienced teacher with a wealth of knowledge and resources that can cater to a variety of styles that has challenged me and improved my technique. He offers great flexibility and can accomodate my, at times, sporadic schedule. An easy-going and great teacher.”

“If I could give you six stars, I would! In the sixteen months I've been training here I've experienced continual and lasting improvement in my physical fitness and overall wellbeing - I've lost weight, gained confidence, made friends and I've never felt better! For years I longed to learn a martial art; partly for the self-defence aspect, partly for the more meditative benefits, but mainly because I thought it seemed like really good fun. But for a long time I was too nervous to join a class because I thought I wasn't fit enough. When I found out that Kung Fu Fit offer your first class for free I took the plunge and I've been hooked ever since. Give it a try - you won't regret it!”

“With only a short amount of time in Bath this weekend, we were advised to join one of the Mayor of Bath’s Honorary Guides’ free walking tours, which depart from outside the Pump Room - which was an excellent recommendation. Our guide for the two-hour tour was Simon, whose enthusiasm, warmth, and depth of knowledge brought the city’s history to life as we explored its back streets, landmarks, and hidden corners. He made a genuine effort to connect with everyone in the group, tailoring anecdotes and facts to people’s interests whether related to geography, culture, or simply where they were from. The tour was informative, entertaining, and surprisingly unique, especially considering the challenges of navigating Bath’s narrow lanes, busy roads, hills, and uneven pavements. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it. We were also delighted and a little astonished to learn that the guides do not accept tips. It’s a wonderful way to discover a city from people who share its stories purely out of passion for the place they call home.”

“I did my research on various Bridgerton Bath tours available before traveling there from Chicago, this particular one by Paul was highly recommended with great reviews. My best friend and I were not disappointed by this one in the slightest. Paul was very informative and charismatic and I truly enjoyed his little extra details and information about both Bath and Bridgerton. I would GLADLY book this tour again should I i return to london for a 3rd trip.”

“I've been going to salsa souls for the last 4 years (coming up to 5) and every time I go I come out with a smile on my face. Stellan is a fantastic dance teacher and brings the whole room together. I've seen so much improvement in myself and other students - he really cares about your technique and patiently shows you how to advance. Thanks to him and his lessons over the years, I have so much more confidence and have been able to dance salsa in different countries, including Colombia. If you want to start a new hobby, have fun and learn how to salsa dance well, join Salsa Souls :)”

“Excellent! We are an independent boarding school and used this clinic for a number of our children who needed PCR tests prior to flying home for the Christmas holidays. The online appointments were easy to book and the service was excellent. Results were back much more quickly than expected, apart from one. When we chased this, we had a result emailed to us within 5 minutes. The responsibility for ensuring our children could fly home for Christmas was huge and we had already been let down by one postal company (despite paying separately for a courier). We will definitely be using the Goodbody Testing Clinic in the future. Many thanks to all the team.”

“I attended a free hands-on science exhibition with my 4 and 6 year old at the weekend, and it was brilliant. It kept us all entertained for a few hours on an Autumn afternoon. It was very well organised with 3 rooms full of science stations, each one offering an experiment, craft activity or demonstration, and all the volunteers were great, very knowledgable, enthusiastic and engaging with the children. What a great event- thank you!”

“I’m not actually a student at the University of Bath (not yet anyway!), but I first came here for sports competitions a while ago. That was my introduction to the city and the uni, and I always remembered it as being somewhere really special. Recently I came back to Bath, just to visit the city again, and as I was wandering around, I stumbled across the university once more. And wow. It honestly stopped me in my tracks how amazing it is. The whole place has such an inspiring energy. The campus is beautifully laid out, everything feels so open, welcoming, and full of life. I loved how green and spacious it is—you can tell it’s been designed with students in mind, but it doesn’t feel clinical or closed off at all. It’s got this perfect balance of being modern and impressive, while still feeling friendly and approachable. You can almost picture yourself studying, relaxing, training, and just living here all at once. I loved the atmosphere most of all. There’s something about Bath as a city already—it’s gorgeous, full of history, and has such a warm character. But then you add the university, and it’s like the city’s energy has its own dedicated hub for learning, sports, and community. You can tell the students here must have such a unique experience: surrounded by world-class facilities, yet only a short trip from one of the prettiest cities in the UK. For me, walking through the campus again completely cemented the thought I’d had before: this is somewhere I would love to be a part of in the future. Even though I’m not studying here yet, I could 100% imagine myself applying, getting involved in everything, and thriving in this environment. It’s one of those places that just feels right—you know immediately that it’s special. So yes, five stars without a doubt. The University of Bath left me inspired, excited, and definitely planning to put it down as a top choice when the time comes for applications.”

“As a campus, it's one of the best you'll find. It's large considering the number of students BSU has as well as being absolutely beautiful, with nature at every turn. Walks are always magical and campus is very convenient, being not so large that the SU is impossibly far from Lakeside; but not so small that you can't go on a leisurely walk. Staff and students are also nothing but polite and respectful.”

“We visited Bath Spa University for an open day. We were totally taken aback by the outstanding rural setting, considering its proximity to the built up, World Heritage Site, Bath. Newton Park's Main House, built for Joseph Langton from 1762-1765 set in Capability Brown gardens and leased from the Prince of Wales, is Grade 1 listed. The site has been expanded over the years. with sympathetic and contemporary additions, to make up the campus present today. The staff and pupils were amazing. What a gem!”

“Maria has done a wonderful job of re-straightening my teeth with Invisalign. I had lots of orthodontic work as a teenager but some of my teeth had crowded again in my 40s. Maria gave me excellent advice and helped me to explore all the options to make sure I got the best results, both aesthetically and for the long-term health of my teeth and jaw. Really excellent and highly recommended!”
