   I had a fantastic experience at Moti on Friday. Adam greeted me as I walked in and I asked if I could get a gait analysis and buy a new pair of running shoes. I told him what type of running I was doing and he picked out a few pairs. They were all brill and there was loads of choice. So happy with the shoes I came out with and the service I received from Adam. Would definitely recommend!

   Excellent service. Walked in and was seen by Alex. This was my first time trying a running shoe shop and I’m extremely happy with the service and experience. I’ve recently recovered from a running-related stress fracture and I have odd shaped feet. Tried on 5 pairs, Alex compared the landing, angles, roll and pronation of each using video feedback and came to a specialist conclusion. Bought the trainers at a fair price. Thank you so much, will be recommending to friends.

   The most pleasurable, professional and personal service we received today when my daughter and I both went to buy trainers. Knowledgeable patient staff who listen, suggest, and help adding their expertise and experience. At no point did we feel pressurised into making a decision and we did take our time. Humour was sprinkled into the service as well. Could not recommend more highly.

   Travelled up from Yeovil on Saturday and Theo was able to fit me in for a Gait analysis. He was patient and full of information. He provided me with a large number of shoe options with no hard sell. He knew all the products well and gave me excellent advice. Highly recommend and I will be returning to them in the future.    Always get my running shoes from here, staff helpful and dont mind getting out lots of shoes for you to try on and have a run on the tread mill. They sell road and trail shoes aswell as clothing, socks and watches. They have stock at sale prices and all the top brands. Draw back is the parking around that area.

   Popped in on impulse just after they opened on a Sunday morning, husband was analysed on the treadmill and recommended a few pairs to try out. Good expertise and advice, only one guy working in the shop but he managed to be attentive to us and others at the same time until his colleague showed up! Liked the service and product knowledge given and my husband likes his new trainers! Sadly we're not local but would recommend.

   Went for a gait analysis with the view to buying some new shoes. Served by Anna who was very knowledgeable and accommodating with my questions, they had a great selection of both road and trail shoes, I was able to try on several pairs and trial them on the treadmill before deciding on a pair. Would highly recommend.

   Just bought a pair of excellent running shoes from Moti Bristol. Met a nice salesperson called Felix, who went above and beyond to pick you the right shoes for me. He gave me a number of different options, and went through the pros and cons of each. I particularly liked the fact that he incorporated gait analysis into the session, making sure that the shoe had the correct amount of support for my stride. Would unreservedly recommend

   I remember the days when you could walk into a shoe shop and try on a pair of shoes at your leisure. After trying on a few pairs of running shoes, I was ordered to pay £20 or purchase the shoes at £130. They will tell you at the beginning that you have to have a Gait Analysis for £20 and it will be free if you buy a pair of running shoes. The problem I have is that the Gait Analysis is nothing more than a playback of how you run on a treadmill from the rear in slow motion. The staff will attempt to sound intelligent with lots of jargon and take it as an opportunity to massage your ego. Some of the cheapest sales tactics I have ever seen. For £20 I was expecting an actual Gait Analysis where you can see the contact points between your feet and the ground. Instead, they got me to run on a treadmill in as many running shoes as possible and would not let me go unless I paid £20 or £130 for the running shoes. So if there are no shoes that you like, you still have to pay £20. A strange sales tactic that everybody should be aware off. If you go there to try on shoes, you're not walking out unless you pay something .
