Having fitted multiple kitchens over the years, I never use Caple appliances anymore. They break down almost instantly. Fitted a kitchen with all Caple appliances and after 4 months, all of them have needed replacing: fridge, hob and dishwasher. Shockingly poor quality.

Really good to see a family led company pushing new innovations, I'm especially interested in the plasma filters, what a great product! They have a variety of products to cater to every need and nice to see that their ovens are really well accessorised. I look forward to seeing you again.
Outstanding Customer Service. I Called Caple on Wednesday because the controls of a tap I had purchased around 5 years ago had come off. See pics. I didnt even know the model because I couldn't find the receipt, so I fully expected to pay for the replacement part. Kayleigh asked me to send a photo of the tap so they could identify the model and determine the problem. That same day Kayleigh got back to me, told me the model and the part I needed. What blew me away is Caple offered to supply the part free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. I fully expected and was willing to pay for the part as I had no proof of purchase. The part was delivered by courier on Friday, two days after initial contact. You get to sort the great companies when you have a problem and need their help, especially when it is a small problem. The tap is great and purchased because the water pressure was low and worked well. So a great product, brilliant customer service and value for money.
We had a Caple kitchen sink installed in the new-build flat we purchased in June 2023. After less than 1.5 years, the sink has developed discoloration and scratches (white). When we contacted customer service, they dismissed it as normal wear and tear. Here’s their exact response: "Thank you for your email regarding your granite VEIS sink. I apologize for the issue you are experiencing, but based on the images, the scratches and stains are due to normal wear and tear. Our Geotech material is extremely durable (but not impenetrable). We recommend cleaning the sink daily with warm soapy water and drying it after every use." I’ve never seen a sink show this much wear after only 1.5 years, with usage by just two people. They claim to offer a lifetime warranty, but it doesn't seem to apply in most cases as we found out. I hope this review will save people from having similar experience as us.
I had a wonderful experience day, where everyone at the studio was incredible. The passion and dedication to the Caple brand is wonderful. And the food was divine! Thank you Lauren and Courtney for hosting us and serving up a storm!
Spent today with the Caple Team in Leeds, basically to gain a better understanding of what was on offer. Needless to say, I was amazed to see - not only how far Caple have come, but to see exactly what was on offer. The colour match taps, sink and sink waste was a nice touch. The integrated tall fridge/freezer ‘fixed hinges’ was a definite plus. But for me, the 3 main show stoppers were the 6 flexible zone induction Hob. An absolute must see with ground breaking technology. Next, the 4 in 1 Combi microwave with steam. Definite game changer. An absolute must have for anyone who uses a Microwave Oven. And finally, the App which controls the Pyrolytic Oven. Are you kidding me?? Wow!! All I can say is thank you for a wonderful day and revealing these amazing appliances. And a special thank you to Lauren, as lunch was simply out of this world.
3 out of 4 appliances we bought for our new kitchen all failed or did not work at all. Cables customer service and replacement policy is terrible. We have been without a fully functional kitchen for 8 weeks, we have spent our own money having to eating out or takeaway and buying equipment to allow us to cook ie steamer, crockpot and air fryer. Due to no fault of our we are out of pocket by at least £1000!! Caple are not in the least bit bothered about this and all the stress and anxiety it's had on us. We had to wait 2 weeks for a domestic engineer to come out, then all he did was look at our hob ask if it had ever worked since being installed and said " if I take it apart i may end up damaging your new kitchen and if I can't fix it I won't get paid" our oven and microwave were letting steam out all over our brand new kitchen units, the only thing that works is the tap and that even leaked on our new oak flooring. Absolute nightmare. DO NOT BU FROM CAPLE go with a trusted name.
I have just tried contacting your office to speak with someone in the service team. In summary, it is evident that your level of service is a disgrace. I am unaware of the collective noun for ‘halfwits’, so I am forced to vent my anger with such mild adjectives as: ‘incompetent’, ‘useless’, and ‘inefficient’.
A friend was so happy with her ovens that I decided to visit the showroom today. The Sense Premium ovens are just what I'm looking for and more. I was originally wanting to buy Miele and Siemens ovens but after my appointment I've ordered two ovens including a steam oven with microwave. The gunmetal and black steel finish is simply stunning, so stylish. My appointment with Jo was so helpful. I recommend making an appointment to see the selection of appliances in person.
The new range of Caple appliances are amazing. A real set towards making Caple a top end premium offering. I highly recommend. Also chest out the new gold sinks :))))((
