Awful customer service on every level. I waited a full 45 minutes before I went and asked the store manager for help on a TV as his staff were more interested being on their phones. Every single member of staff, including the tall store manager, are utterly useless. 0 intuition. 0 support. 0 knowledge on the products they sell. I will never come back and I will strongly recommend going to John Lewis - they price match and actually care about their customers.

ALWAYS BUY FROM STORE IF POSSIBLE. They have fantastic deal, lot of senior staffs who are clearly god-level good in what they do. Came to 2 diff stores for tumbl dryer, finally got the answer we need here.. and close the deal right away

I purchased PC components from Currys, including an MSI power supply, and had a very smooth experience. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast and everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The products work exactly as expected and the overall process was straightforward from start to finish. Based on this experience, I would be happy to shop with Currys again.

Had a great experience at Currys thanks to Brandt. He took the time to walk us through all the main TV technologies and clearly explained why an OLED would be the best choice for what we needed. He highlighted the differences between Samsung and LG models, using video demos to show how each brand handles processing and upscaling, and even demonstrated the different sound modes so we could compare properly. Really grateful for his help — it made the decision so much easier. Would definitely recommend speaking to him if you’re buying a new TV.

I went to curry’s today at cribbscauseway Bristol. I am disabled but mobile with difficulty. My friend is elderly with disabilities too. My friend needed a ninja small oven/air-fryer we checked the shop floor and couldn’t find the model we were looking for. We approached some staff at the tills that weren’t doing anything except chatting with each other we explained what we wanted and was told they are up stairs. So off we went. Got up stairs to find a member off staff eventuality to be told they were down stairs. We struggled back downstairs to ask the same member of staff that still wasn’t doing anything to be told they are on the shop floor. I asked where and with a shrugged shoulder got told I don’t know. So I asked her to find someone that did. After a few minutes someone appeared and didn’t really know so walked off not telling us that he was going to get someone else. At this point we started to leave the store. A young girl came up to help to say they didn’t have what we wanted although it was online. My friend didn’t want to order without seeing it and checking that she was able to use it and fit in the space available. So much for the advert WE ARE HERE TO HELP. REALLY. Quite a rubbish experience I’m sorry to say. I want go back, And in future I’ll be shopping online. Don’t the staff release the more people that shop online the less likely they are to keep their JOBS

Just spent 20 mins waiting for them to do one simple task. They couldn’t even top up a sim card. How are they still in business? Just use Amazon.

Easy to park and a large spacious shed. Directed to the product we wanted. Sales manager advised on what we wanted and 20 mins later we had a new microwave purchased at a sales price and it was carried to the car for us. What's not to like!

I bought a fridge freezer and was very pleased with the help from the staff. I always use Curry's and find them reliable and helpful. Mind you I haven't had the delivery yet it might all change when that happens.

Normally this would be a five star as we always get exceptional service in here but not so much today. The chap who helped us was ok but his colleague kept interrupting and then trying to argue with my husband over a price promise. Needless to say we will be ordering online and not in store for this item. Store is very well laid out and staff knowledgeable.
