   This branch will try to take the most amount from of money from you and the manager also said that she does discounts as she pleases for her favourites customers.

   Not to be trusted. I have an account in Bristol with some discounts and they promised me the same discount but hasn’t happened as the Manager sets the discount as she likes to do it. Give them the price over the phone and later on paper and still doesn’t want to do it. Never coming back

   What more can I say, if you are looking for a kitchen with a good aftersales service I cannot honestly recommend them. Family member had a "once in a lifetime kitchen" fitted with one of the people on there list, since day one they have had problems with nearly every door, it has taken nearly 2 years to get someone else out who I was passed details for to fix the first guys mess (chargeable I might add!). Now I appreciated at this point Howdens just supplied the kitchen, the guy out today finds there's a fault with a hinge, rings Howdens himself to ask if they can replace the faulty hinge, we go up to collect it, come back and all is well, after over an hour the gentleman had put right the faults, what I didn't expect was Howdens to then bill the poor guy who then had to bill us for this hinge as Howdens CLAIMED anyone could have damaged that hinge there's no proof,my mum showed Dave (Howdens staff) all the messages to the original kitchen fitter who vanished, is that not proof enough there was a problem! Howdens are a really big company they could have afforded to replace a faulty hinge! No instead punish the little guy, you as a company should be ashamed! Save yourself the hassle buy a kitchen from anyone except these guys and you will be doing yourself a massive favour!!
