    I Bought an unofficial iPhone cable to use in the car. Unfortunately It didn’t work, I brought it back in store to ask for a refund. The manager instantly said it’s brand new it should work. She got a plug head out and asked me to give her my phone handset and cable. She refused the refund after I refused to give her my phone. Power tripping Karen’s everywhere…

    Last visit was positive glad that the barrier has been left open the last couple times i have been so haven't had to get threw everyone cueing up for sainsburys tills so can walk back out the way you came in especially with bigger items the barrier was never a good idea. Anyway the last visit i was served by Amy I have leaning difficulties and had a digital gift card i had no idea how to use and she was amazing at no point i felt pressured and she took the time to help me set the gift card up even when she wasn't sure she googled how to do it (wear as when i asked the 2 staff about the gift card a couple days before when i made the order they said they dont know about the gift card so probably dont accept it with no interest in trying to help) we got the card set up and when things went wrong when the till didn't accept the card and i was getting stressed she delt with it and we ended up trying the other till witch worked im so greatfull for her helping me its really nice to go in a shop and a member of staff has the patience and time to help people who need that extra bit of assistance with things. Having staffed tills still is really important i would never have managed on a self serve till and would have just left empty handed In the main part with the bit about previous staff experience i would have gave 3 stars but because the experience with Amy i have gave 5 stars

    Completely disreputable company. My daughter ordered a washing machine & tumble drier online. 3 week wait, with no washing machine or dryer, for delivery & then then cancelled! My daughter is miserable & in tears. Argos are cruel & evil. Never will order again off this vile organisation. Sainsbury’s should kick them out of their stores if they want to maintain their reputation

    Today i had the worst experience with this store. The manager was very rude and very racist. Just because i look immigrant she tefused to help . Even before she know what i want to refund she just shake her head with refusing. Than she said no the box is unsealed . I show it her that the item (hair dryer dayson) not been used and still in the esaled paper inside. So she said you should return it from the first two weeks, welk the policy is 28 days . And by the end she refused to help me even the lady with her wanted to help but she told her no. For no reason. So i drive to argos bristol and they refunded me with no issues or any problems. How rude you are . How racist you are.

    Quick service, lovely team. Well worth noting that this is NOT a full store and if you want to ensure you get what you found in the brochure you should check online and order in advance. I wanted to buy something ad hoc and there was very little actually in store of the stuff I was looking for. They have a few tech brochures for you to sift through and they tell you what's available and what you'll need to buy beforehand. You can then very handily scan the code so it pops up on your phone to buy, then collect at a later date. Super convenient but as I say, definitely buy ahead of time!
