Ridiculous delivery services!!! Just put all my building materials in the bottom of stairs. I have to move them to the 3rd floor by myself. I Almost had a serious accident and fell down from the stairs! I would never ever buy anything from Wicked and use City Sprint again! Horrible experience! If possible, I really want to rate 0 star!!!!
Great price for delivering a fence panel, beat anyone else hands down. Will be using again in the future.
Awful service. Impossible to have an address recognised through their website. I tried to call and it became a nightmare. I was transferred 5 times to 6 different people and had to tell my story all over again. At the end, a rude lady hanged up on me without notice! Shame on you, anyone should avoid their service.
Just had a delivery of 4 doors to my flat by CitySprint, I live on the 3rd floor, driver told me that he was not bringing them up stairs as it's not part of his job. FIRSTLY I was never told by the courier service that they don't take bulky items upstairs in flats, Secondly I'm 63 years old and live alone, that information would have been nice so that arrangement could have been made or even another delivery date arranged, bloody appalling, yet another courier service that takes the money and runs, not even an offer of help, I sincerely hope that it doesn't happen to their own mother one day...Just discussed with the lack of information that was provided...certainly would never recommend the company..
One of their drivers very nearly tore the front end off my driving school car on Dundas St, Edinburgh around 15 mins ago. As I was waiting behind traffic lights, he pulled out from a space on the left without looking, turned sharp right in order to do a u-turn, didn't even realise I was there and cut right in front of my car. If I hadn't reversed backwards we would currently be swapping insurance details. When I beeped my horn to alert him of my presence I got a rude gesture in return..
They use owner drivers in 16 year old vehicles. Pay for same day but drivers on mulitple collections and deliveries. Money back claim coming on I think. And will be taking this up with head office in London or wherever they may be. Not paying for sameday (which arrived late for collection) and then wait 3 or 4 hours for delivery when it should be around an hour.
