Went in today and Tania helped my husband and I get our next cruise sorted. She was very helpful, polite and took on onboard what we were looking for. The girls all pulled together to give us trip advice and looking forward to our all-inclusive cruise and holiday too.
Just booked a holiday with this store, and the experience was fantastic! We went in with no idea where we wanted to go and very limited dates, but Tania was brilliant. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect holiday that fit our schedule at a great price too! We are absolutely delighted but the service from Glasgow Gordon street staff. Tow years ago we won a holiday from Tommee Tippee and could have booked with first choice or TUI. Just by chance we got a train into town and walked by TUI. We thought we would go in and just see what they had on offer. At this point we met the lovely Stephen. After speaking to him he took our details and said he would be in touch with prices ect. After leaving we decided that we wouldn’t even go to First choice as the service we received from Stephen was so welcoming. We then booked our Ibiza holiday. Nearer the holiday we were then dealing with Laura. Not sure she quite realised the work involved in our booking as we required special assistance for our wee boy who has down syndrome and lots of medical needs. No matter what questions we asked she was always there to help. It’s always nervous travelling with kids but with lots of medication and special assistance it even more nerve wracking. Laura made this process pretty straight forward thankfully. The hotel was amazing and would highly recommend a TUI Blue Hotel for families. We stayed in TUI Blue Aura in Ibiza.
Jade and Roseann were both very helpful when booking our first holiday to Florida. We were greeted with great customer service and a positive can do attitude. They were very attentive to our needs and answered any questions that we had. We will be back to book a holiday in the future and couldn’t recommend this store enough.
Overwhelming impressed with the great customer service, assistance and great manners received from the staff member Jay. Jay asked us what we’d like to do whilst on holiday, the type of holiday and was able to to provide us with all the information to our questions. He was able to provide us with a great hotel and flights and we are really looking forward to our booked holiday. I would definitely recommend and we will continue to book through Jay at this store in the future. An asset to TUI
