   I visited Nisbets today and I really enjoyed it. We looked for a coffee machine there because we were planning to buy one. I looked at a lot and liked some of them. Then I asked the staff there about which one is best for me among all these. They told me everything in detail. I also saw other items which are very good and useful. I enjoyed shopping from here.The staff here is very polite and helpful to new people. See you again .

   Like a catering kid in a candy shop! Wonderful showroom, lots of products in show and demonstration videos. Clearance hall an unexpected bonus, fantastic place!! Very helpful staff. Huge thanks in particular Eloise who helped me answering my questions and also offered contact details to further conclude my enquiries. Deffinatly recommend Nisbets and this amazing showroom.

   Absolutely useless in returning items for repairs! Endless calls of fake promises. Been over a week and yet still nothing has been done i may just cut my losses an buy new from elsewhere really horrible experience!

   This is the worst place I have ever been to buy catering equipment! Customer Service is non existent and they just want to sell items even if they are faulty! None of their items have prices on display and once you check any of their items you will know why. I went in to buy a Vogue Rack 610mm (Nisbets own brand) on a price match, it is on Nisbets website for £155.98! on CaterKwik website the same one is £100.79! The manager offered me 2 for £144 and I thought it would be ok, one of the sales team went out to collect the shelves/racking which wasn't checked by me, the manager and I both went out towards my car to load them in the boot as she needed to bring me the receipt and we were chatting. I said if there's anything missing or wrong then i would bring them back and she said that fine! I got home and started to put them together only to find out that 8 x Clips were missing, 1 x Pole is Damaged and a screw that holds both poles together is missing. I though not a problem I'll just go back and it will get sorted only to be told that I need to bring everything back as they will not give me the missing items. Do not trust Nisbets, they don't mind seller damaged goods and the customer service is the worst I've come across. Their prices are the highest I've seen. Believe me when i say you need to shop around or use the biggest online market place we all know and love!

   Very disappointed with our recent trip to Nisbets. We drove from Newquay to visit the store in Avonmouth as we are having a refurb and my partner wanted to view table and chairs in person. We asked a male member of staff about prices of products on displayed but was referred to the website and was advised all prices and products were on there. We advised him we came as we wanted to see the products in person and was then directed to the clearance isle. We then looked in this section and it was full of old furniture, one pieces and hardly suitable to fit out a new restaurant. We then went back to the original area and stood waiting to be served for a long time whilst staff just sat there. We then walked around to find a member of staff and showed the products we wanted prices on, again she tried to refer us to the website. We then said we wanted prices there and then and she had to go off for 10 minutes to find someone to help. Someone eventually came over, and again this person was very dismissive. We managed to get some answers out of her and as we were interested in bespoke furniture, she advised she would need to send off for a quote. This is not the first time I’ve had poor customer service from Nisbets. I order from there often online and received poor responses to product queries.

   Great supply for all commercial kitchens, cafes and restaurants. Reasonable prices but some are high.. anyway! Buy cheap then buy twice so better to go for reputable brands.. Had good shopping for our new restaurant in London Great customer service and support.

   Aprons. I don't know about the rest of the country but if you buy an apron unless you are a size 10 or similar, it won't fit, especially if you are a woman across our tops! I purchased two chef's aprons, one for me and one for hubby. They are excellent, tie up in front of you and wrap around great. The quality of the material is second to none. Ordering was quick and easy, and they were delivered in a very short time. Highly recommended company, just a shame my order was so small.

   Great place, huge area and showroom. Staff is really helpful and nice. Dont forget to take a selfie with Feather McGraw:) Also have a look at the world biggest toaster at the entrance! :O
