   Sadly had an issue with recent travel, British airways cancelled all our flights & to be fair travel agent booked us new flights at a cost off £1600 but failed us in fighting British airways on the cancelled flights. I see now they've received two awards. Be very careful they will take your money & soon forget you, after all you are a small fish in a big pond.

   We booked a cruise via the Ayr branch and all was good (6 of us in total with our parents). Day 1 of our trip (mid June 23) we had a pre-booked travel issue in Rome. After a call Jocelyn at the branch dealt with the matter in a very speedy and professional manner to help us resolve the issue and get on with our holiday. As part of the conversation I was referred to Stewart Travel’s customer care department. Spoke to the manager there which was a very disappointing contact and would suggest the manager spend some time with Jocelyn to learn some basic customer service skills. We will be back to book through Jocelyn again.
