   It’s such a big shop, yet the men’s toilet is tiny. As soon as you open the door, the whole floor is wet. The sink is even worse — it’s tiny, and the taps are ridiculous: one is scorching hot and the other is freezing cold. It’s 2025 already; how hard is it to install a proper mixer tap? The mirror above the sink is also really small and awkwardly placed. I’m six feet tall, and to sort my hair I basically have to half-squat, otherwise all I can see is my chin. A lot of the products on display don’t even have price tags. When I asked a staff member, they looked annoyed, like they couldn’t be bothered to help. I was actually planning to buy some curtains, but after all that, I just lost interest.

   Picked up a click and collect today, was a few hoody fleeces and a toy. Absolutely shocking state it was given to me in, just bundled up in a heap which is disappointing when it’s going to be given as Xmas presents, my husband asked for a bag and was given a little Carrier bag which was pointless. Just ridiculous. Lack of common sense customer service. They just don’t care

   Absolutely diabolical customer service. Said “excuse me” to older blonde female staff member only to be SHOUTED AT “find someone else I’m already helping a customer”. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SPEAK TO PEOPLE. I suspect the issue was that I am 30 and not the typical 70+ demographic they typically serve and therefore she thought it was completely acceptable to be rude and dismissive to me. Don’t expect customers to be courteous to you if you have zero basic manners yourself.

   A great homewares store, with plenty of choice and an amazing array of products for every room in the house. Was pleased to see that they offer a made-to-measure service for curtains and blinds. We picked up a new rug for our lounge, a set of kids' steps, some cutlery, and a Leo the Lion stoneware mug. It's a great place to have a wee browse for bargains and special deals, and the prices are pretty good in general. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot is a little busy at times and could do with a few more spaces.

   Bought two plug in heaters that I’d seen online and when I visit yes the store, the heaters were recommended by shop assistant. Apparently they’ed be really good for a standard room. Tried one. Put it on and put on full blast and unless your standing right beside it, you don’t feel any heat at all. Very poor recommendation from the shop assistant who had said she has two of these at home.

   Great store for household stuff. You can almost find all your household needs under one roof. Easy ample parking. I have always found the checkouts really efficient.

   Very good variety of bedding i.e. sheets pillows mattress protector with prices ranging from low to high and all of good quality. The store also has a variety of household products A really good store to browse.
