   ***Online Orders Review Only*** I regularly order sandwich meal deals but there's often sandwiches out of stock which means my orders often get rejected and I have to call up and ask which ones are unavailable so I can redo the order. That's the only issue I have and why its 4* instead of 5* but it has nothing to do with the staff they are great and always friendly when I call up. The sandwich meal deal is good value for money.

   Not a good shop, expensive and always out of stock and some of their staff are just plain rude, I won't mention names. They should teach their employees some customer service skills.

   Been in there this afternoon witnessed a young lady carrying a puppy noted she was by herself and it’s currently 27 degrees. The shop assistant an blonde Poorly educated Scouse woman was so unhelpful telling her the no dog policy and made her wait until she got to the front of the que and then unhelpfully said get out in a rude way. Sorry I understand a no dogs policy but it was obvious she was struggling and she tries to pass the poorly educated shop assistant her debi card but once again one stop staff are lacking in customer service skills. Is there not bigger problems in there like thieves and smack heads on the rob? But it seems obvious one stop employ obnoxious idiots

   Decent shop with good stock - I have visited a couple of times and can agree that there has been a particular member of staff who was short & rude but other than that - it’s good. Also helpful that it has a ATM machine inside.
