   Had to return a parcel here it was more me who had no idea how to use the machine but like everyone else said the guy didn’t really help. There was another lad behind who I watched and sort of copied what he did. Absolutely no fault of the shop owner because you know he was trying to run his shop instead of helping everyone use the machine. Doesn’t take a brain surgeon to work it out like. Lovely shop and fella seemed sound :).

   I used this shop a few times when I first moved to the area as it was a few streets away but the older guy who I encountered was very rude to me and after a few times of using it to send parcels he refused to take the last parcel saying it was too big and that he couldn't fit it in the shop?!, yet another shop had no problem with it using the same courier. I tried using the shop again to buy stamps the day before the price hike. He tried to charge me the increased price and when I told him the price hadn't changed that day he just smirked and said so what that's the price. Months later I picked up a parcel today and encountered a young guy who was very rude and kept asking my name after which he showed me a completely different name, I thought he wasn't going to give me the parcel at one point , finally after repeating my name two more times and showing identification I got my parcel. He was abrupt and aggressive and I won't be going back despite the convenient location.

   Took a parcel to be returned I hadn't used this service before so didn't really know what I had to do I asked for help the man in the shop was extremely rude and abrupt was not very helpful another man who worked there came in and shown me what to do which I was grateful for will not be going to this shop again

   Check your change because they keep over charging me, I only realise when I get home and add everything up. It isn't just a few pence either it's a few pound. Ask for receipts.

   Watched me struggle with the Hermes printer for about 10 minutes and wouldn’t help and then refused to take my parcel because it was “too heavy”. Next shop took it straight away without issue
