Awful customer service and should not be offering collection and delivery services as none of the staff have the patience to help or give appropriate guidance. Poor service, poor communication and poor attitude. AVOID.

Rude shop keepers. Went in the store and bought from there a few times but the products are sometimes not what I’m looking for. Today I went in and browsed for some protein bars but found none to my liking. I go to walk out and the guy shouts “don’t buy anything.” At me. And he says it gained I looked at him confused and he looked me up and down and said “hmmm.” Before I walked out. Being discriminated by my clothes ffs. There should be policy on how to deal with thieves not just indirectly accuse any customer of being one because of how they dress. Staff need manners or firing.

Went to pick up a parcel today. He was so rude, brushed me aside and said wait it could take half an hour to find it. Then proceded to serve his other customer. Even the man he served instead of me called him rude. I told him I was a customer too. It seems they don't like doing parcels, I told him to opt out if they don't like doing them. Never shopping there again

Having just moved here I thought it was a good thing having this shop around the corner, how, wrong was I. Went in for milk, omg the price 4 pints £2.65, Co op up the road £1.50.. Most things no price on them so they charge what they like, very ignorant. Hopefully they will go out of business and either tesco or morrison will take over...

i have been using this store as an amazon pick up location and on all occasions boxes were damaged or obviously open with absolutely no shame. one time an item i ordered wasn't even inside, just an empty product box with no product inside. i will never step foot inside again

Customer Service was zero, no hello or please and thank you. Not helpful. Would give no stars if I could. Expensive. I won't be shopping here again!

You have lost another customer. I've shown loyalty to you for over 3 years but from now on will be making the effort to walk an extra few yards and purchase from the CO-OP. Last Monday evening (22nd February) I heard some of your staff sniggering and making sneering remarks about some customers who were present in the shop at the time. The younger dark haired member of staff is CONSTANTLY on his phone even whilst serving customers. Customers are lucky if he tells you how much money is owed. No hello, please or thank you. No offer of a bag. Just nothing. The opening and closing times are questionable (rarely open before 8am on a weekday - really?) Stock items questionable too - you stock imported Fantas from America yet don't supply coleslaw? As a Waterside Village resident you are not well thought of - the community group here post regularly that you are only used in times of desperation. I won't be giving you my custom no matter how desperate. Time to up your game.

No longer a screen between customers and staff, people walk in regularly without masks and not even all the staff wear one. Disgusting and lazy response to the current situation. You don't get told how much the bill is (just look at the till yourself), there's never a 'please' and rarely a 'thank you' - mainly because staff are constantly on their mobile phone. No concept of customer service whatsoever.

Excellent shop, if you need it, they generally have it. I've forgotten things from weekly big shop, and they are always on had to resolve my forgetfulness. Great store, lots of great products. Good selection of most store items. Friendly staff. Easy to access, parking ample. Local. And not a rip off. Best convenience store in the area.
