Niamh is the pharmacist you never hope to never need. Terrible customer service and the worst attitude. You go at times of need and the hostility presented to not just myself but several other customers while waiting on a prescription beggers belief. Steer clear of this place at all costs.
Pharmacy not open between 12.00 and 13.00 each day during pharmacists lunch, therefore unable to give out made up prescriptions during this period. Might be an idea to have this posted somewhere beside opening times before someone walks a fair distance to collect a prescription previously notified as ready.
All the staff are angels. They came to my rescue today. They helped me with some medical support due to a mix up with my doctors surgery now closed until Tuesday. Thanks for all your help as always.

Visiting Glasgow on business and needed some medical support; on visiting the store meet with greet sincere customer service. Advice offered about Bothwell Medical Center which I visited and received a prescription. On return to the store to seek my medication I joined the small queue and waited my turn. My observations impressed me; every member of the team was knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and showed a real interest in their customers needs. I received my medication and now 2 days later feel considerable more comfortable. Great experience on the back of great values, team work and leadership. If Head Office read their shops reviews this one needs recognition. Thank you - now looking forward to enjoying my Christmas.
