Most of the staff are great apart from one every time she serves me she is so rude and disrespectful her attitude is terrible
Very impressed with the service recently, popped in to buy cream for really bad skin condition and pharmacist very kindly put an alternative cream on prescription for me, not only did it save me money, this was truly above and beyond customer service to which I was very grateful indeed

I did not enjoy the customer service rude , talk about people to people about all people and there prescriptions and nivever open when supposed to be I wish I could say good stuff but I would be lieing to my sunny Stonehousers
Had an excellent service for my 15 year old this morning. She had suspected conjunctivitis and attended Pharmacy First. Pharmacist had a wee concern over the pain and referred to Optician. We did, and the prescription was presented 30 minutes later and dispensed soon after. All sorted quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate it. Thanks.

It's a brilliant wee pharmacy in Stonehouse. Well run and the staff are so helpful.
Handy local pharmacy. Very helpful staff, always willing to assist with anything. Not the biggest shop, but carries everything you need. They do a prescription collection service from your doctor's surgery, which saves a lot of hassle, since my doctor is in Strathaven. They run a minor ailments service, which is very useful as it saves the problem of getting a GP appointment.
Fantastic staff always there to help.
