   I''ve been going to the Pharmacy for longer than I care to admit, most recently there was a manufacturing issue with Creon's which without I like many others simply cant eat. During time both Rachael the Pharmacist and Rachael went far above and beyond trying to obtain the Creon's, they were in constant contact and displayed sheer determination and drive. They would check every morning for availability from multiple suppliers and provided continuous updates for weeks, until they eventually managed to obtain some and again called me the same day so I could collect them later that day. I have read a lot of complaints on here about this Pharmacy, my experience has always been both Rachael's and all other members of staff have always been consummate professionals, always pleasant very engaging, have the patience of a saint and will always do what they can to help and advice at the drop of a hat. Without their support and drive I don't know what I would have done. Well should be proud to have such a fantastic team of dedicated professionals all under one small roof. Best people and Pharmacy ever, they should be celebrated as they deserve it and then some.

   Not only are they incompetent, they are dangerous. My mother has had her medications delivered for 2 years. She'd been waiting for her meds to turn up, but it didn't and she was running out of stuff, so I called the pharmacy only to be told they won't be delivering anymore. I can't believe they just let her run out of the medications that keep her alive. I suggest anyone who cares for their loved ones to find another pharmacy They should be struck off .

   Service at this chemist is abysmal for repeat prescriptions, never ready on time or some medication missing. On 2 occasions have been given someone else's prescription by mistake. Staff change constantly which doesn't help. Time to change pharmacy.

   The service is awful. Been in a few times and each time the service has been terrible. The pharmacist and the receptionist are soo rude. The receptionist is lazy and has no customer service skills. The pharmacist told her my medicine will be ready in 15 mins. The receptionist comes out and tells me it’ll be ready the next day. Completely incompetent. The pharmacist with the blonde hair is horrible as well. She snapped at me “as she said it’ll be 15 mins” well she never said that. Communication is awful. Will be changing to a different one.

   I've been getting my prescription on a fortnightly repeat for more than two years, but even now they still either don't have it made up every two weeks, or have it made up as if it were for every two months. When it first started happening, their systems were blamed but I fail to see how their system can still be a shambles after all this time

   Really unprofessional and complete lack of customer service. It's such a pitty that I didn't see the other reviews before trying to get a prescription from this pharmacy. From the very start, the pharmacist was rude, clearly had no compassion (odd when you have chosen a profession where you are often dealling with unwell people) and took forever to fill a simple prescription. They also took it upon themselves to hold back the information that they couldn't fill the whole prescription until it was made up and too late for me to take it elsewhere. I suppose they had the last laugh as the final insult being that I had to return to collect the balance. A double insult really. I would advise anyone looking for a professional, friendly and efficeint pharmacy that you are better to go elsewhere.

   Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the staff here. My 31 week pregnant wife needed to pee whilst picking up a prescription today and the staff wouldnt let her use the bathroom. I understand we are living in difficult circumstances but she is clearly heavily pregnant and the staff were unapologetic. The only reason I am even giving 1 star is because I had to leave this review. Thankfully the post office down the road graciously let her use their facilities as she was almost in tears. The staff on shift today should be ashamed of themselves. I expect better from a business who's entire purpose is to protect and promote the wellbeing of their customers.
