Wanted to give a big shout out to Saima, a staff member at boots silverburn. Suffer a lot from social anxiety due to PTSD and shopping this time of year is very stressful. She went above and beyond, could see me struggling and her care, empathy & compassion was amazing. She went above and beyond and hope she gets recognition for this from management. Turned what’s normally my worst nightmare (shopping) into a pleasant experience and helped me at every step and also got all my shopping done. Will deffo be returning to this store again. Thanks again Saima :)
My experience was not good at all Because staff were not friendly and were being rude if you asked questions about huda beauty product's Staff needs more training and i wont be back
Went to store in silverburn as wanted a skin test for shade of foundation. I don't know the gentleman's name but he was so friendly and polite and knew his job well. He got the no 7 person (marie) who was equally as nice and knowledgeable and was helpful . Very happy with service from both staff members on Wednesday afternoon. Will definitely be back .
A huge thank you to Katie who gave me a wonderful skin care and make-up experience with No7/ McMillan. Katie was just lovely and showed me new ways of applying eye make up and really boosted my confidence. It was my first visit to Silverburn for a few months and I thoroughly enjoyed it. When I sadly mislaid my bag of purchases Katie was so very helpful and thanks to her endeavours the bag was found.
My daughter tried to put on a fenty lipgloss which was a tester, the security guard yelled at my daughter, grabbing a few folks attention saying she had to apply it on to her hands instead of her lips, which was nice of her concidering the fact god know what type of people have used it, but didnt appericate her raising her voice and giving my daughter a fright and leaving her humalited and embrassed, therefore we left boots straight after.

Went in as they had an offer on make-up, if you spend £20 on selected make up you get a beauty bag worth £25 for free. Didn't have any if the beauty bags left, so left without purchasing anything.
Went in to get foundation and lovely helpful young man called Jackson so polite and helpful as I was unsure what I was looking for he done skin tone to show me my shade think no 7 counter be my favourite makeup place as listen and don't rush you be back for Christmas present thanks Jackson.
I have visited the boots pharmacy for my sister’s prescription today and also purchased Aspirin from them. The lady who was wearing a blue shirt (guessing it was the manager) has charged me twice for the Aspirins and never gave me the receipt. As I realised i went up to her and told her and she responded “the payment is pending so i cannot do anything about it”, however this is not how the tills work as i have experience of working at tills. She asked me to go back next day in morning so she can refund me the money because she knew I wouldn’t drive all way for a few pounds. However i have approached the manager at the tills at the door and after explaining it to her she was very lovely lady and she gave me a refund. I wouldn’t go back to that pharmacy ever. I wish they treated customers how they want to get treated themselves.
