    Unprofessional to the LAST! Fine I guess if you want BITS of your meds. Every excuse under the sun (and usually quite rude) it's the health centre. It's the hub. Oh it's ordered but not in yet...at one point blamed Brexit and snow we didn't have. If you rely on medication this is NOT the place to go. Not unless you have 3 weeks to waste running back and forward to a chemist.

    Why anyone would wait in the queue for this chemist is beyond me. The staff are poorly trained and lots of agency staff are used. No regular pharmacists and long delays for prescriptions due to these being dealt with centrally down south. Other options available close by.

    Used to be good service, now totally messed up.. repeat prescription not ordered in enough time for doctors to get it sorted.. then try blaming everything but their neglect

    Never had any problems staff efficient and helpful most problems stem from the medical centre however staff will help you if it is within their remit

    I went here with a prescription collected from my doctor. I was told I need to go to the doctors as my doctor was not kilsyth medical partnership ????..........anyway I took same said prescription to boots and got the prescription no problem. When googling on the NHS website it clearly states : Occasionally a GP surgery will issue a paper prescription. A paper prescription can be taken to any pharmacy or dispenser. Totally confused why I couldn't get the prescription I had been prescribed from a doctor!!!!!
