I decided to celebrate my son's birthday here, I called in advance as I had 5 babies on our list and wanted to see if I could book the soft play for them apart to then join the birthday. They said it was fine so went ahead with the booking. On arrival we were greeted with our host Jo, she was absolutely lovely and amazing! I went to then check in the babies as it something apart from the trampoline birthday package. When I come back poor Jo was getting grief Infront of us from her manager because she didn't understand that I had booked the soft play apart. I thought that was very unprofessional because Jo was trying her best to accommodate everyone and I was the one who knew who was going where. The person at the soft play told some of the parents they needed socks which are given to the trampoline people which Jo did and then ended up getting grief for it. Then at 4:30pm an announcement was made that the soft play was closing. I booked soft play from 4-5pm as per the website. When I spoke to someone they said they close at 4.30pm and it says on the website - it doesn't not. It says 5pm. I told them if that was the case then they shouldn't allow to book online from 4-5pm. I thought it was cheeky and they wanted to get out earlier. They decided to keep it open till 5 there on the spot. Now when we arrived at 3:45 there soft play snack/drinks area had just closed. I don't know if it was pure laziness as to why they closed early but we couldn't get any drinks or snacks. The air con if any was not on and it was boiling! As the kids were doing their activities I saw the manager giving grief to Jo again. Once we were heading to the party room, everything had been set up for the kids to eat which was amazing so thank you Jo! She was amazing and despite all the grief being showed to her, she still did her job with a massive smile on her face. The place itself is really nice but the laziness from the staff made me give this experience a 2 star. I would book again just if Jo was hosting us.

Amazing party for Elouise on 19/07/2025! Lucy (apologies if I got the name slightly wrong!) was the star of the day—an incredible host who went above and beyond. She was friendly, energetic, and so helpful throughout, making everything run smoothly. The room was clean and ready, the kids had a blast, and the whole experience was stress-free thanks to her. A real credit to your team! I’ll definitely be recommending and booking again.

Have been coming here for a few years now but recently had my daughters party at the new trampoline area & it was the easiest party I’ve ever done! Our host was really welcoming and friendly, had time before to set up and lots of room. I opted for self catering due to intolerance’s and fussy eaters which worked really well! At the end the host helps clean up which I found helpful, then you’re off! I also come here a lot with my 18 month old for the soft play, he loves it and it’s very well priced compared to other soft plays. I’d recommend coming on a weekday morning for better enjoyment. Weekends and half terms are a little lively… Would love to see the cafe have vegan options & open slightly earlier. But really can’t knock it.

Well we decided to check out this little hidden gem that I had only ever heard about but had never managed to visit until Friday 29th March. It was a beautiful day for a fun day out and we were so ready to check out the soft play area. It was busy of course, had a small cafe within the soft play area and seating areas too tables and chairs and bench style tables. The soft play was separated in 3/4 areas one being the trampoline area, away from the soft play which was divided into two parts under 2's and over 2's plus a sensory glow room and then the ball pit area. Overall there was enough to do in the hour time slots. Good range of activities to keep my little ones entertained and I was impressed. Bright and colourful and spacious. There was always a staff member sitting by the entrance as well as the area to access the soft play which was good to know. They had nice decorations up upon entry for Easter as well as a Simon's cafeteria on site before we entered the bounce this way area allocated close to the car park. The venue is easy to get to via bus as it has two nearby bus stops less than 5mins away in or out. We will definitely be back soon and we had lots of fun... we didn't check out the cafe but will do next time. Thank you for starting our Easter break on a high.

We highly recommend Sutton the Trampoline Park for Birthday parties. On Saturday 18th March, Nathan and Tia made my Daughter's 4th Birthday an absolute dream. Nothing was too much for them. The booking to process was simple and followed up with emails clearly instructing of what to do to make the day go smoothly. My daughter and all the guest had only good things to say. Thank you and well done to all at Sutton Sports Village.

The staff at the trampoline park especially leighanne are very rude. The staff left children under the age of 5 unattended in the trampoline park without the parents. The children ended up getting lost and injured. They also refuse to take accountability and they are dishonest. Avoid at all cost.

Massive soft play & trampoline park! My daughter loves it here! It’s reasonably cheap with a good cafe inside and outside too! This is our go to for a rainy day! It does get super packed sometimes though especially with kids parties

Badminton- Low ceiling, multiple marking lines on the courts will confuse you. Lighting is very poor. 8 courts in total is a +ve.
