“What a fantastic find, this little gem of a sports shop in Cheam has all you need for your choice of activity. The very attentive shop owner is full of sporting knowledge and assisted me with my tennis racquet purchase, his professional approach was very helpful indeed and If you need a racquet restring he provides this service too. It's always nice to support independent trades.”

New School BJJ Cheam is a top-level martial arts academy located conveniently near Cheam station. The facility offers a professional and friendly space for students to master Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Led by experienced black belts, the classes cater to all skill levels from complete beginners to advanced athletes. The curriculum includes specialized No-Gi grappling sessions and systematic drilling to improve technique. Dedicated kids' classes focus on discipline, self-protection, and having fun while learning new skills.

Well beyond my expectations. A personal credit to him and his staff. If you are looking for great quality training and classes, SP athletic is brilliant for it. Love the flexibility of the membership options, I started with individual classes then a class pass and now have a full membership. The classes are tailored to your level to help you build strength, confidence and fitness. Having tracked burning almost 500 calories in the 'kalorie killer' class every Thursday with Scott I am really starting to see a difference! Aerial classes with Abbie are great high quality classes, you train 'both sides' and always feel safe, challenged (accomplished) and fully supported. Highly recommend!”

“Came here to watch one of our granddaughters who plays for Carshalton ladies ( 8 years) and was acting as a mascot for today's game against Herne bay.Special mention for Andy on the gate who found car space for us as my wife is disabled and in a wheelchair .And also to lady behind bar who changed water in my wifes hot water bottle. She needs this as she has severe back problems.Lovely people there. Shame it wasn't a win for Carshalton.”

“I have been visiting the Cheam centre for the last 3 months as part of a group working on "Joint Pain Management" and have been extremely pleased with our health coach Steven who has provided me and the group, not only with excellent coaching to improve our fitness with the aim of reducing pain and becoming more active, it has also provided us with logical and much welcomed ideas to make small changes on our day to day activities that are really making a big difference to me and others on the group. The staff at the Cheam center I have met are also very welcoming and friendly and the various exercise machines I have used are very good and simple to use. Would strongly recommend the Cheam centre and Steven to anyone that wants to better manage their joint pain and to also become fitter and healthier.”
