For anyone looking for a normal serviced pharmacy I strongly and eagerly urge not to use this Lloyds. The 1 member of staff operating at a time are severely unhelpful and rude, they really take the time to make your queue and waiting time as long as possible and when you do eventually reach the front of the queue at least 9 times out of 10 your prescription is wrong or not ready. The heat or the place is beyond a joke, and if you are looking to phone to check anything don’t bother, the phone number they have doesn’t work. The staff actively take their time and I have actually witnessed them walking past the phone and sighing, as if the effort to take a call is far too much for them. Please do not use this pharmacy, unless you are a fan of long queues and ignorant staff.

Let’s not pretend this place is great. It’s far from it. I was 9 months pregnant waiting for my prescription and it was boiling hot and they had no seats, and when I asked about this the woman was beyond rude and actually made me cry. I couldn’t believe the attitude even when I asked how long it would take for my prescription as I was happy to come back as I was ready to pop and couldn’t stand let alone with the heat blasting. Again, woman was rude and I left. Low and behold, went a week later they put the seats out. Was advised from a healthcare professional to change to Willis pharmacy in parkhall. What a difference. MUCH better! Avoid!

Usually never have anything you need on prescription, the wait is ridiculous they do not do anything in a hurry and can be rude

Never answer the phone, let addicts jump the queue instore, only ever have one staff member serving no matter how busy they are. And they often lose prescriptions and blame the health centre that sent them.

Never have prescriptions in on time, always asked to wait 20 mins when they are in. They also lied to me about how the prescription arrives. They pick it up! Do not let them blame the NHS for their inefficiencies.

the reason there slow is because they don't do there job and talk!!! It's a joke off a place if your going in for a prescription it's a joke, the girls just talk and don't do there job it's the first time Iv actually seen this happen in a pharmacy and something needs to chamge. After sometimes an hour off waiting the girls are friendly enough but na if u can go somewhere else I would recommend that
