Extremely unprofessional and careless service. I clearly stated that if one item was unavailable, the entire order must be cancelled. They ignored this completely, failed to send the item, and still charged me for the rest of the order. To make things worse, some of the products I received are close to their expiry date. Attempts to contact the shop have been useless, they don’t answer calls and provide no proper response. I paid a ridiculous amount for incomplete, unwanted items and zero accountability. Do not order from this shop unless you’re prepared to receive missing items, poor communication, and to be overcharged.
