   Absolutely shocking I have a kidney infection - called 34 times and hung up on 4 times - I’m trying to call to see if prescription is ready as don’t want to go out unnecessarily when I’m in so much pain - no one even picks up or if they do you get hung up on

   Terrible chemist worst I've been in just to get prescriptions meds to be delivered and they don't and give u wrong stuff and never answer fone to tell them bout there mistakes and if u need help only good thing is there delivery drivers who r very helpful and kind

   Could never fault this pharmacy before but over the last couple of months its been a nightmare trying to get your prescription even when you've gave plenty of notice, I phoned in my prescription with my doctor one Thursday morning and I phoned lloyds the next Tuesday to be told it isn't ready I phoned again Wednesday and they said the same and then they changed and said the doctor hadn't sent it over i phoned the doctor and they said they had sent it over to the chemist the Friday before at 9.33am (they day after I phoned) dont know whats happened to this pharmacy but its a total nightmare and ill be changing to another one its not good enough and its every time!!!

   Staff very friendly. They try hard to sort out issues when your doc messes up your prescription(which happens a lot from my surgery). Always happy to help on phone too.

   Used to be really good. Ownership seems to have changed recently. Now waiting hours to receive medication, sometimes not even the same day service. Hope this improves otherwise will be going elsewhere in future.

   Unfortunately I going to stop using this pharmacy. I haven’t been able to get my full prescription here for some months now. Lovely staff but poorly stocked.
