   The service here has significantly dropped. My doctors put a script for my 5 month babies medication on the 9th. I was told they had not recieved it on the 10th. They now don't open on a Saturday so went back today and told it still wasn't there, however the doctor confirmed it was. Went back in and the member of staff suddenly found it. He was unapologetic for the mistakes made. He had no concern that my baby now doesn't have her required medication. I could hear the pharmacist talking to him out the back but she wasn't concerned either and didn't even come out to speak with me. They gave me the script and told me to go elsewhere as itd out of stock. I found this service poor as if they had told us that when we had gone in first (or contacted the doctors) we could have tried to get the medication elsewhere. I took the script to their competitor around the corner. Much friendlier service and they can get the medicine today. I tried to email their complaints line on the website to get a response stating that they don't monitor it.

   Local Chemists great staff always good range gifts like perfumes, styling brushes ect. along with all normal stuff chemists sell also precription service just lft hand side.
