Avoid at all costs, staff are condescending and unhelpful. Told them what the problem was to be gaslighted into saying I was incorrect.
A very unfriendly pharmacy. You get ignored when you walk in and grudgingly come over to serve you. Not enough staff.
I really hate having to use this store. It’s cluttered and disorganised, feels like the counters are working against me. Could also do with a refit! You can’t just nip in and purchase something quickly. The queue moves extremely slowly as the sales assistant there deals with pharmacy too. They could do with moving into one of the bigger empty properties in the precinct. Have a sales assistant on a till that deals with general purchases.
Very friendly and helpful pharmacist by the name of Essam. Despite the pharmacy being extremely busy, he remained calm and efficient, working quickly to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. Will now use this pharmacy on a regular basis.
Terrible service and attention to detail. Initially told 5mins for a prescription. After waiting for 25mins and several people who were served after me got their prescription, I asked for an update to be told that it's "been checked". Then to find out that it had been neglected and sitting on the counter. When I was handed the prescription there was NO APOLOGY, NO EMPATHY, NO REMORSE. I appreciate they are busy and mistakes can happen but the quality of customer service needs improving.
Good local boots store. It does seem that they struggle for prescription stock however, as every time I've gone for something they haven't had it. Fortunately the village has two other pharmacys.
Have to ask if you have more than 1 prescription. Despite, having IT which records all transactions they don't check. Website isn't always up to date re. Closed days for BHols. Only saving grace is they supply from a consistent supplier which means you get the same brand every time.
Doesn't pay tax in UK. Staff are helpful, but they never seem to be able to complete a prescription without a delay or.re-order, or some other complication. Still don't pay UK tax despite making most of their money off our NHS.
Rude and unhelpful staff. Handed in my prescription at 1.15pm and told to come back in 10mins for it. Went back and told they don't give out prescriptions between 1pm and 2pm and to wait another half hour. They might have explained this initially or even apologised for the inconvenience!
Staff are helpful. Always busy for prescriptions but they do there best to accommodate
