   Absolutely disgusting customer service in particular a young irish girl with dark hair. Twice ive been in recently the first time i witnessed her talking to other customers in a very rude manner and rolling her eyes. Today i was in myself and she served me absolutely disgusting behaviour i cannot believe boots employ staff like that! The way she spoke to me was absolutely atrocious!

   If you want to see some of the most miserable faces in Glasgow this is your go to place. The pharmacy staff are particularly miserable as well as unhelpful. However, it is fun to see how miserable people can be in their workplace. This is not the place to go if you are looking for some of the famous Glasgow smiles.

   The pharmacy experience was confusing and could really benefit from clearer communication. We waited for over half an hour in a very disorganised setting. No one seemed sure where to go or what to do next. After submitting a form, we were left standing around with no clear instructions, thinking we were waiting for medication, only to find out later it was for a consultation. It felt understaffed and under-trained, which made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. Hopefully things improve soon.

   Very strange experience with the security guard today - he followed me and my girlfriend all around the shop , even directly behind us while we were paying at the counter ! Genuinely have no idea why apart from the fact I was wearing gym clothes, so you're probably better off going into Superdrug if you want to avoid being stalked around the shop. Everyone else is lovely

   Wanted to find a generic or Boots brand of a well known branded product. Approached Helen who was on the till. She accompanied me and directed me quickly to exactly what I needed. The discount I receive for using Boots other services didn't go through the till, when scanning my (very old) Advantage card. Helen typed in the number of the card instead, which worked. She also advised me to tell any Boots colleagues, during future purchases, that this is the solution. Very helpful and friendly and customer focussed approach. The discount was a nominal sum but her ensuring I received it was very much appreciated. Thanks again Helen!
