Trying to choose make up from Maybelline stand while it was being re stocked by the most miserable girl imaginable. Not once did she ask could she help or what it was I needed. I was having to lean over her and try and reach the stand. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back when she had finished! Definitely needs work on customer relations!
Popped in with my daughters so my eldest could purchase some skincare with birthday money, when we got to the till Matt was absolutely brilliant, such a positive happy attitude which was a breath of fresh air. Made our experience fantastic with his bubbly personality!
We took our 2 daughters and niece here to all get their ears pierced last Saturday morning. The 2 staff were lovely, patient and great with the children. Highly recommended.

I took my daughter today to get her ears pierced in Bromborough ...my daughter was a little nervous but lovely Shona talked to her about the procedure and aftercare and helped put her at her ease. She was so helpful and kind making the whole experience so easy. Thank you x
Fantastic staff, extremely helpful and wonderful. I took my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and we had a lovely hour with Tina the team leader. She was extremely professional with everything she did and an absolute perfectionist! I ended up getting my ears pierced too! Also the other member of staff was just so lovely too ( didn't catch her name) they were so lovely and kind to us. Just a lovely experience. She even helped us find spot cream for my daughter too. Tina went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service

Good variety of products and served by friendly knowledgeable staff.Some good offers from time to time.Ordered Gillette razors better prices than the supermarkets and Boots the chemist.If you found my review helpful and enjoyed looking at my photos then don't forget to like them.
Handy high street store for small village setting. Has most things I need. Better stocked than the boots shop across the road.
