It should be open at 9am as you can see on the door. You have to cancel plans and get late for work because being on time is not their business.

Went in to buy new glasses today. Having a complex prescription, this can be a less than pleasant experience. Gill and Karen were amazing! They were both extremely knowledgeable, supported me in choosing the correct frames and explained all my options in a manner which was informative and clear. I’ve now chosen frames which I absolutely love and feel comfortable in. Thank you so much for all your help!

I visited the store on July 29th. I was searching for a specific product and received assistance from Alysia, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She is a great credit to your team. Thank you, Alysia.

Lovely individual at the pharmacy section said to my son today when he was buying painkillers for me -"I won't be able to sell you these next week" thank you for that, I'm delighted to find out that my backpain will disappear in a week.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!! The store is ok. The pharmacy is appalling beyond belief. A few months ago, they refused to dispense my daughter’s rescue meds for epilepsy, which was prescribed for a doctor, we had to move her to another pharmacy. A couple of weeks ago, they didn’t have my meds in - I had to go to another pharmacy. Normal wait times for prescriptions seem to be about 30 minutes. Today I was told I had to wait 48 hours for my prescription despite not being a problem before. She said it’s a 48 hour wait at the doctors and a 48 hour wait for prescriptions. Doctors will not authorise some meds so far in advance, which could leave you without any meds for days, which for some prescriptions is just dangerous.I then had go to another pharmacy twice because the person I dealt with hadn’t released the prescription. Save yourself the bother and go to a different pharmacy!!

Went to get my prescription from the eye hospital needed urgently but was refused saying she couldn’t read the writing and that it wasn’t signed by the doctor, it was signed but just above the signature box , was made to feel very embarrassed, went to another chemist who had no problem whatsoever…. Reading it or with where it was signed, if its too much trouble leave your job , very miserable woman
