Visited today to purchase an umbrella found the staff extremely friendly and helpful, makes a nice change from the usual shop staff around these days, 10 out of 10 keep it up
Extremely rude and judgmental golf staff. I went into Greaves looking to get a full golf fitting and buy a fair few golf accessories. There's one staff member who walks around, an older man, who follows you around, giving judgmental looks, and upon asking some very valid questions (I myself have been a golfer for a number of years, so have some knowledge), the way he responds and looks at you makes you think that you're an idiot. Definitely do not go to Greaves if you are looking for any sort of useful advice or welcoming and friendly response from any sort of staff member.
I booked a gait analysis and was really pleased with the service I got. I spoke to a few members of staff for advice and all were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a few things and will definitely return next time I'm in Glasgow. I had no idea the shop was so big and stocked equipment for so many sports, really great asset to Glasgow shopping!

Sports superstore with brilliant range. A little more expensive than other places, namely online. but to be expected considering they have a large shopfront in the center of the city. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a wide range of sports catered for.

A great selection of sporting goods which covers a range of different sports. Can be slightly more expensive than buying online, but at least you get the chance to try the items on and you don't have a delivery charge to pay. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
