   It’s a shame I need to leave a review however I don’t know how else to get someone’s attention. I placed an almost 2 weeks ago and when I check the tracking it still says that it is in the warehouse. After 1 week I attempted to contact customer service. No response to any emails at all. No answer when calling the phone number. I have since requested to cancel the order and for a full refund and still no response. I understand it is a busy time of year but find it shocking that a company cannot respond to any calls or emails at all. Very disappointing.

   Most expensive outdoor shop I’ve ever been too and no wonder it’s constantly got closing down in windows shame for staff if they lose jobs but unbelievable prices in store easily get better bargains for similar or same items in other outdoor stores .. avoid unless you have money to fling away

   I very rarely write a review but I’m so impressed with this company that it’s necessary. I trawled the interest for a certain coat. This was the only company to have it in stock, in my size and even on offer! It arrived less than 48 hours later and was updated on my order the entire way. (Which was appreciated as it wasn’t a cheap item) Would and will absolutely use this site again. Thank you!

   First and last time I will be using the online service. Shorts arrived with security tag. Store was very helpful but explained they do not have the equipment to remove the tag - but can do this manually - got the impression this has happened before. They helpfully shared the customer services number. Customer services offered a functional/pragmatic response - at best. Initially suggesting go to store, I explained they do not have the equipment. Agreed to send free return label, explaining the tag would be removed and the shorts returned to me. Accidents happen but there was no recognition of the inconvenience or potential cost (go into town). An altogether very poor experience. A local retail store removed the tag (with the appropriate equipment) after being shown the email from customer services.

   Customer service has recently gone down. Wondering if it’s due to the recent turn over of staff. Jungbo was always a great help to me and my family whenever we shopped. It’s a shame to see such employees being let go especially after at least 8/9 or so years. Shame and won’t be returning anymore.

   I was served by Phil yesterday and had a brilliant experience. Phil was not only knowledgeable about the product line-up but offered honest advice tailored to my price range. Exceptionally cheap prices during the latest clearance sale, otherwise would be standard market prices on most equipment. Would recommend coming here again.
