   I had a mixed experience in here- Kate who served me was genuinely excellent and so helpful, but the shop's line was very limited (only had asics, hoka's and brooks), and my gait analysis which I thought was free ended up costing £15 because there was nothing suitable in the shop for me so I didn't purchase anything. Kate needs a raise though, thank you!

   First time attending the store for a gait analysis. Was running late and called the store, staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Learned so much about different running shoes and invested in a new pair for myself. Tried various brands and was able to walk in store or on treadmill, found some brands weren't for me and brooks is by far my favorite. The store didn't have many trail running which I was also discussing and learning about but guy couldn't have been more helpful in showing me some online. Would recommend the store and staff highly.

   Attended for a Gait analysis. Can't remember the guys name (aussie accent?) who carried analysis out and served me but he provided an excellent service. He was friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to locate me the perfect trainers. Would highly recommend this branch. Everyone was welcoming and after spending over an hour here, I came away very happy. Thank you!

   I took my Dad to buy new running shoes yesterday. He hasn't ran for nearly 30 years and has never used a treadmill, which made doing a gait analysis quite chaotic. Kat was brilliant, and very patient, and she was really helpful, particularly with helping to find my Dad find shoes he actually really liked rather than ones that just felt "okay". We were both very grateful for how helpful and patient she was.

   Disappointing!! Went to buy new running shoes, no one was there to help or to ask about correct size. This is in same shop as cotswold, so not sure if same staff look after runners need section or not. I was there for about 15-20 min, no one came to check if I need help or to tell me where to get correct size. No idea whom to ask as this is new store and which staff work for runners need section?
