   Staff were efficient. But at 8.30 am the music was so loud the lady taking my order couldn't hear me. I had to repeat my order 3 times, and even then she still missed my non dairy request!! Kinda important!! Literally couldn't have a converstion with my friend without almost shouting. Not a neuro diverse friendly environment. Turn the music down so servers can hear their customers orders. One of the cleaner costas I've been to. Not somewhere to come if you want to relax or chat.

   Costa Coffee – Emersons Green Walked in, waited twenty minutes for a brownie frappe with coffee… and somehow it came with no coffee at all. Place was packed, staff were clearly overwhelmed, and the drink tasted like a £5 cup of flavoured milk. Left without bothering to wait again. If you’re in a rush or actually want your order made properly, this isn’t the one.

   Love it here, even more so now the dogs are welcome! My favourite order is a soya hot chocolate which is just perfect. The staff are so hardworking and always busy but super professional. A great little place in Emersons Green ☺️

   I’d like to start by saying I received 10/10 service from the staff at this branch, my daughter has a dairy allergy and can barely find places to successfully eat, we were served by Nicole who worked with her colleague to ensure everything was washed from cloths to jugs and cake slices. She walked us through the dairy free options and was extremely friendly, we cannot fault Costa as an amazing dairy free brand.

   Great coffee morning on a busy Saturday. The Coffee is fabulous . We had 1 Americano, 1 Double shot Latte, one soya latte and 2 lattes with extra selection of cakes rather then the rather outdated list offered on this review page . Highly recommended is the Banana and Pecan bread cake, rocky road, Blueberry muffin amongst carrot cake and milk free cake. There was also lemon drizzle cake Caramel tray bake and plenty more. Service was prompt and professional.

   The staff that work here are fantastic, very friendly, welcoming and work very hard. (Too hard) But…… There simply isn’t enough staff given the location and number of surrounding shops and businesses to cope effectively with the volume of customers that they have. Senior management need to intervene and increase the staffing levels to improve the customer experience and reduce the lengthy waits. I have seen customers walk out on several occasions. The other big issue for me and my Family is the seating immediately outside the front door. I really object to having to walk through a large plume of cigarette and vape fumes to get into the shop! Simply resolved by moving the smoking area away from the front door. A couple of minor tweaks could hugely improve this business.

   Busy coffee shop next to Sainsbury's shopping store. The woman serving was a little stressed as it seemed she training the teenager working. Decent tuna melt and green tea. Tables were left uncleaned from previous customers hence 4 stars. Ideal stop off after shopping.
