Im sure good cafe or whatever. However the guy who is there overnight slamming bin lids at silly o'clock in the morning when people have work in the morning, no respect of their neighbours. Late night deliveries at 4am and slamming around boxes like its the middle of the day, no problem with deliveries however slamming boxes around and laughing loudly, chatting full volume, it takes the mickey. Phones ringing at 4am. As a neighbour, Rainbow cafe needs to show more respect to their neighbours. This happens quite often. I have photo and video evidence and if it isn't addressed, it will be reported to the council. All im asking is for a bit of courtesy for the people that live on the high street, above the cafe and across the road. Its not hard to close a bin lid quietly or unload a lorry without throwing things about making a racket. Sort it out. Hi, in response to your reply, I'd rather not show videos as it will expose where I live however I can always stop by the shop and show the owner if needs be. Kind regards,

First time visiting and last, the staff very nice and polite but I'm afraid the breakfast was just not very good Eggs over cooked all cooked on the same griddle so everything tastes the same very greasy, beans not very nice, tasted very cheep, cakes and pasties looked very nice

Fantastic little cafe. All the staff are always very polite and welcoming. The food is fantastic, the quiches and pasties are delicious, the bacon and egg is incredible (if you like things a certain way you can ask to have bacon extra crispy / eggs runny/hard etc with no problem). I think I have tried all of the cakes / sweet treats and they also are all so mouth wateringly good. I tried the jacket potato today and it was perfect with just the right amount of fillings. The food and service here are second to none. Cafes like Rainbow are hard to find these days. I highly recommend.

Came here today for a veggie breakfast, as i try to support local independent businesses.. It was not good!!!! The veggie sausages were still frozen in the middle, they missed the beans out completly, grey egg swimming in grease, grey hash browns that tasted of bacon. (obviously cooked with bacon on the griddle) and burnt toast that arrived 15 mins before the breakfast. The whole place was filled with smoke. Totally not worth the money.

Saturday 2nd October 2021 went to rainbow cafe in Kingswood for breakfast. I was very disappointed with the breakfast as had 22 beans equal to a small spoonful the 9 sliced mushrooms on the plate, toast served to the table 15 minutes before the breakfast arrived at the table. Service poor from staff. Dining area very smoky through poor cooking and lack of extraction fan. Causing my asthma to flare up. Bacon still raw, egg over cooked. Had to pay 50p extra for mushrooms and black pudding each, that was not included in the big T breakfast. coffee had to buy separate as not included with breakfast. As most cafe's do, no hash browns/chips. Value over priced and poor quality, Breakfast served on chipped plates looking like they come from a charity shop.

Lovely food made to take away or to eat in. Cakes, pasties, pies and fresh bread and rolls, all made on the premises daily. Lovely local friendly feel.
