   Im confused google and the signage on the door say they open at 07:30 but for the last 2 days I have been trying to get a coffee they are closed at this time. Coffee #1 open at 7am and are always prompt will be going there moving forward.

   Another amazing visit to Costa Thornbury. I'm speculating that it was the owner we met. A consumate hotelier/host. Kept 2 conversations on the go at the same time, he was massively attentive and made a 'franchise' coffee shop feel like an Independent (like we would usually visit whilst out riding our bikes). That's a skill in itself and you'll see is again, soon.

   Lively brew! entered into a warm cozy atmosphere buzzing with lively customers was then greeted by friendly staff who were patient with my requests and made my drink to perfection delicious drink and food. Cofffee Only place to be Spacious and lively Tastes great Anytime any where (at costa 10 till 6)

   Amazing. Usually with these they are the same. This one is great. My parents are frequent customers and on my visit today they were great. Chris is what customer service standards should be measured against. Great with my kids. Accommodating, conversational and great at what he does. By far the best place for a something to eat or drink in thornbury.

   I would not go back here again, tables uncleared and sticky, not even busy and staff just stood around doing nothing, also not even polite, no eye contact at all while speaking, and the worst was the toilets they were disgusting, dirty, no toilet paper,, it's a wonder they haven't had an inspection

   Good environment, good food and drink but a bit pricy. Usually not too long of a wait (less than 5 minutes for a coffee and cake) and they have a decent amount of foods and drink to offer.

   Staff were pleasant (I’m led to believe the lady on today isn’t normally here). Flatwhite was not textured or the usual costa standard. The store itself needs a refurb with the chairs being quite grubby. Well located in a beautiful little town centre with on street parking (time limited). The opening hours on the shop don’t match the Google maps (it said 7.30am on Google maps and 8am on the door).
