What a delightful deli, authentic Italian foods, pasta, amazing meats, olive oils, you name it. We had the most delicious paninis, fresh crusty bread and amazing and generous filling - good value. Such lovely staff, they could not do enough to help. Cannot recommend more and can't wait to go back.

Couldnโ€™t recommend enough! Gorgeous little Italian shop/cafe. Staff are so welcoming and lovely. We had 2 paninis, a white hot chocolate and a coffee which were all perfect. Biting into the panini and it immediately providing the feeling of being in Italy says it all! Canโ€™t wait to go back for more.

come to this coffee shop, a Italy family maintains and sells all products from Italy. As a chef for 35 years from Bosnia and Herzegovina, I have worked around the world in international cuisines: Italian, German, Austrian, Turkish, French and Arabic. I work myself and I know what is quality and what is not. If you want to come, you have a sandwich, Italian, with meat and cheese, vegetarian and without, if you want quality and welcome, this is a place with a pleasant family from italy Respect from me from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The best authentic Italian shop in all of Bristol โค๏ธ (coming from an Italian, so you can trust me!). The high rating is no surprise. The staff are genuinely lovely and polite. The coffee is a true Neapolitan blend, with several great options to choose from. The pistachio latte is banger (the pistachio actually tastes real, not like those fake almond-type flavours you often get). I also had the Delizioso panino (mortadella, pistachio pesto and burrata) and it was absolute heaven, with portions just like youโ€™d get in Naples. They also have a good range of Italian products at good prices. I canโ€™t say anything else except: Highly recommended!

Lavender Coffee Shop is one of those rare places that instantly makes you feel at home. Itโ€™s a lovely little Italian family run cafe, and you can just tell the people running it have genuine hearts. They're warm, welcoming, and clearly take so much pride in what they do. You donโ€™t just get a meal here, you get looked after. I popped in for a quick bite and ended up completely blown away. I got the mozzarella and salad baguette and honestly, it was so good. Everything was made fresh to order. You could taste how crisp and clean the salad was, and the mozzarella was soft and creamy. The bread had that perfect balance of soft on the inside and slightly crusty on the outside. It wasnโ€™t just thrown together. You can tell they make things with real care. You feel it in every bite. Now the Nutella hot chocolate. Probably one of the best hot chocolates Iโ€™ve had to go. Thick, creamy, rich, and perfectly warm. Itโ€™s the kind of drink that makes you stop after the first sip and realise itโ€™s something special. And the Nutella cannoli. Just look at the photo I posted. It was so beautifully made I actually felt bad biting into it. The chocolate inside was smooth and the way it sat in the crispy pastry was perfect. It looked great but tasted even better. Flaky, fresh, rich and not too sweet. They also sell proper Italian products like cheese, biscuits and drinks. Itโ€™s a great little spot if you want to grab something special to take home. This is easily the best locally family run cafe in Bristol by a long mile. Iโ€™m genuinely grateful for the diverse culture we have in Bristol because it means we get to experience amazing places like this. Honestly places like this are rare. If youโ€™re nearby, go visit. Lavender Coffee Shop has amazing food, good people and a lot of heart. Iโ€™ll definitely be going back.
