Always a wonderful place to visit. Never been disappointed. Today was an exceptional one as the young man who served and waited was amazing. Nothing too much trouble. His name I think is spelt gormaze. Tall slim with short dark curly hair

Very convenient place for a cafe since I am often in town. The coffee is usually good but the food is poor quality being sold for far more than necesarry. The people behind the counter look flustered and tired, bless them, but the lady cooks and Heaven are always very nice. Sadly cannot afford to come here anymore.

Best coffee shop in town for lunch. Quite down to earth, not pretentious, can usually get a table. Staff are friendly. Good all day breakfast, though I probably wouldn't bother with the chips if I was making one myself and they don't do black pudding, but I guess a lot of other places don't anymore either. Remember to ask them for sauce and/or vinegar. One of the many reasons I still visit the galleries more than any other shopping area in town. Everywhere else is so overpriced and not very good.

My sister and I stopped by for a coffee and had such a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. I ordered a hazelnut flat white, and my sister had a hot chocolate topped with cream and marshmallows. I brought my own coffee cup, and the barista still creating latte art and even asked if I had a lid so he could cover the coffee for me, which is something I usually do myself in other cafe. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day during the festive Christmas season.

Boswell Coffee in the Galleries shopping centre in Bristol is a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat or a coffee while shopping. The cafe is old-school in style, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The service is quick and efficient, and the prices are reasonable. I recently had a coffee and a sandwich at Boswell Coffee and was very impressed. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the sandwich was fresh and tasty. The cafe also has a good selection of cakes and pastries, which looked very tempting. Overall, Boswell Coffee is a great option for a quick and affordable bite to eat while shopping in the Galleries. The cafe is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the food is good.

Decent enough cafe... the galleries is circling the drain and a long way from its peak in the 90s so really this place is doing well to thrive. It's a clean and tidy cafe and reasonably priced. I had a sausage and egg bap and it was nice enough but the selection of food was limited at 2pm as I guess they have a good lunch trade. Drinks are nice. And the entertainment of the random galleries nutters is never far away.

Firstly, the young team that work here were all very friendly and polite and were doing their best. This place is not set up for offering hot food of any sort. It should stick to hot and cold drinks, pre packed Sandwiches, slices of cake etc. They had so many orders for breakfast type buns, they had tickets lined up on the wall which looked like something out of an episode of Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares! The Manager did not have one idea of what he was doing and was trying to cook bacon, eggs, toast, sausages etc on this tiny griddle which looked like it belonged in someone’s caravan rather than for business use. After about 40mins our buns arrived (both wrong) we were given bacon only which was fatty and disgusting. Didn’t bother to complain - I felt sorry for them.

This cafe group has reached a milestone and celebrated their 50th Anniversary. they invited some of the regulars to take part in the celebrations with cakes and sandwiches. This a part of local cafe group and has always been a quality cafe with great staff and varied menu.

Had an English breakfast which was very tasty, although the egg was a little overcooked for my liking and I'm not keen on their sausages. The food came quickly and was clearly freshly made and hadn't been sitting waiting for customers. The coffee was nice and strong and there was a good selection of pastries on offer. Very clean and the tables were cleared rapidly. Good value for money.

Will have to say one of the best cappuccinos I've had in years, friendly team and welcoming, some friendly banter between staff and regulars which is lovely to see that they have that connection with their customers and community, would deffo visit if you haven't visited before!
