I shared a great few years with Louise. It was an emotional time but our conversations got me through it. I never understood half of the things I do now and I am a different person because of her. Thank you Louise. Jackie x

Louise was amazing!! She truly helped me change my life and I wouldn’t be where I am today without her support. She challenged me to think differently and find my own way. Louise made me feel completely comfortable and supported. This allowed me to fully express myself for the first time in my life. She does amazing work, and provides a safe space which allows you to dig deep within yourself. Her warm presence, down to earth nature, and witty humour was exactly what I needed to express myself. Louise saved my life in so many ways and I will never be able to thank her enough.

Louise helped me enormously with understanding and coping with my partner's mental health problems, and ultimately with coming to terms with his death and helping me find a way forward. I learned a lot about myself as I discussed my situation with Louise, although it was all done in a very gentle and non judgemental way.

I went to see Louise for a long time and built up a lot of trust in her. She instrumental in helping me identify negative thought patterns I was having. She prompted me to reflect on how I was reacting to situations and would gently ask me to open my mind to a less judgemental and less reactive way of seeing myself and what was happening around me. Although I still have work to do on my own in order to 'get out of my own way' and manage my emotions more healthily, I wouldn't have ever come this far on my own. After seeing Louise for a year, I felt able to return to a profession I had loved working in but that I had talked myself out of believing I could cope with. Later still I feel that her counselling has enabled me to embrace not run away from challenges. Louise is professional and caring; she is pragmatic and helps her clients work towards their own independence. I would highly recommend Louise as someone who I believe uses her own therapeutic skills and life experience to guide her clients to insights about how to cope with what life throws at you.

Before meeting Louise I was very lost and felt like my walls were closing in. I lacked self belief and esteem. My goal was to simply feel contentment in the life I had made for myself. I wanted to be the best role model for my beautiful daughters. Louise allowed me to work through the thoughts that had plagued me for such a long time. She helped me to make sense of who I am and understand the relationships in my life. Through her kindness, wisdom and humour she provided a comforting and trusting place for me to speak openly and really explore myself. I cannot thank Louise enough for helping me find inner peace and an optimism about my life going forward.

Louise offers a warm, welcoming and safe environment (in person or online) to open up and begin learning to understand your self. Her counselling allowed me to reflect on, explore and understand the roots of the stresses and anxieties in daily life in order to address and develop healthy coping mechanisms and strategies to manage them successfully. I recommend Louise's service wholeheartedly. I can see and feel a significant positive difference in my thinking and how I view myself before and after counselling.
