   The team at this Starbucks are consistently conscientious, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel like a regular local rather than just another customer passing through. Service standards are clearly high, and the team reliably meets, and often exceeds, them, even during busy periods. They handle orders quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to make the experience warm and personal, which makes a real difference when the store is bustling. The atmosphere has a great, relaxed buzz that makes it an easy place to linger, whether you’re catching up with friends or getting some work done. Anyone looking to write a script, finish a novel, or simply look productive with a laptop will feel right at home here, bring your Mac. The vibe is spot on, and so is the coffee. Highly recommend!

   Closed over an hour early on Saturday but starbucks haven't changed their opening times. I'm assuming its a staffing issue or pay issue but the company needs to sort this out. No one has time to waste sitting in bath road traffic to then find out they are unable to get a coffee. Usually a sound cafe when its open but leaving this review in the hopes this doesn't happen again and it gets sorted

   The barista who helped me showed great patience and attention to detail. Even though things were clearly busy and challenging, he stayed calm, polite, and focused on getting everything right. I really appreciated his effort.

   Just visited, not sure of his name but the guy on drive through was SO lovely - he had black curly hair. He made the effort to make conversation whilst my food was being prepared. Happy face and happy service and my coffee was perfect so I thought why not leave him a review.

   I ordered my drink at 11:15am, it took 15 minutes for me to get my drink. Not only that, i forgot my wallet so the young male who served my dad and I- he said he would wait for my dad to grab it but once I got back he didn’t put any points on my account and refused to give it to me. There is a male called Joe who also worked with him and he was incredibly rude. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. The atmosphere was awful & the staff are even more so.

   Good drive thru location on the Bath Rd. Decent enough coffee, plenty of parking, and the location is modern and clean. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. They take pride in their work, ensuring to cater to any needs and answer any questions. Customer service is also some of the best I've experienced from a Starbucks (or any coffee shop for that matter). Definitely worth stopping when traveling on the Bath road!

   Consistently rubbish. So so expensive and constantly get my order wrong. Drive through so slow. Asked for praline hot choc was given half a cup of warm milk no cream and literally half full for £4.70. Took it back and the girl rolled her eyes no apology. Absolutely shocking, not the first time this happened they don’t fill the drinks properly. Go to costa or coffee one don’t waste your money here.

   Good service as we used the drive thru but I would strongly recommend an installation of shelter over the order station and the collection booth to avoid both the staff and customers from getting soaked during wet weather. The poor staff member was having to repeatedly wipe down the surfaces to keep them from getting soaked.

   Nice coffee. Nice food. Staff need to listen better and muzak doesn't help when they have one ear covered by a drive-thru headset. Don't forget the cobwebs and glass with dust you could write your name in.
