Small village location with dedicated parking. Great food, friendly staff who put you at ease immediately. Family friendly. We went there for Sunday roast and also had the delicious desserts. Sunday roast was nice and light, good portions. We will definitely be back because of the friendly staff and good food.

We visited for lunch whilst out walking. I had a belly pork dish which was really delicious. The portion size was good and the price was very reasonable. Friendly and unpretentious vibe, good service. What more could you want? I will certainly be back again, when next in the area.

Booking a table was easy with great contact, worth the ride out to this little Gem! Sunday lunch was amazing, great staff and amazing atmosphere, they have a good car park out the back and a beer garden with lots of seating, the pub itself is a gem of the time before but light and Airy with clean tables and toilets. Will definitely be recommending and will be back.

We were staying in the village for a couple nights so visited for a meal on Saturday evening. We got a table at 6 but it was busy soon after. The food was fantastic! Honey glazed and soy salmon with stir fried veg and noodles was spot on. The fish and chips and curry also very good. Can definitely recommend and not badly priced either.

Excellent, highly recommend. Great atmosphere, locals all said hello. The 4 of us had curry, pasta, fish and chips and pie. All the food was well presented, well cooked and tasted great. We are going back again for a second night.
