Fantastic little gem of a pub. Landlord and landlady are so friendly and welcoming. Saw a live act recently (Piano Man John) who was brilliant and the whole pub was singing along. Love this pub.

Called in on a rainy afternoon as we were passing and we had such a lovely warm welcome from Tina as we walked through the door. What a lovely atmosphere and so friendly where there is a genuine interest and care for their customers

Absolutely fantastic pub, so homely and warming, you can walk in there and you are treated and respected with a very warm welcome. Even our children ask when are we going to the grapes again as they love to play those old Fashioned games, that both Tracy and Sam provide. This could be anything from connect 4 to the old fashioned game tosser. Recently moved to the area and would highly recommend ‘the grapes’

just a perfect pub. Sam and Tracy are great hosts and the beer is always top notch with a great selection of changing guest ales. Sort of place you can settle for hours and have a decent pint and feel comfortable. The Cheese and Onion Rolls are a bit good too! Or is it a bit too good?

Absolutely love this boozer. We live over the road and are so lucky to have it so near. Sam and Tracy are great hosts. There is always a welcoming atmosphere. Often it's completely rammed. Especially on a Sunday afternoon for live music. Hand on heart I’ve never had a bad night out here. The draft beer is also very good indeed.

Absolutely love this little pub, Tracy and sam are so welcoming and friendly. The pub is so cosy, drinks are great and so are the bar snacks. Definitely recommend the cheese and onion rolls! I love sitting outside in the summer watching the world go by. Couldn’t fault the place :) my favourite pub in Chipping Sodbury

After a long walk with the dog, this is a perfect stop off for a refreshing pint of Thatchers Dry. Fantastic hosts, good selection of snacks and rolls, and if you are lucky, some piping hot complimentary roasters on a Sunday lunchtime......
