Never a dull visit. This place draws a very eclectic clientele. People of all ages and all backgrounds visit and all get along. The most friendly pub on the hill.
You want a traditional pub ? This place is it. Quite in the week (after work pint) Thursday until Saturday boom av it, just a mixture of live bands open decks karaoke. Game of pool on the two tables or darts again two boards. I just love it.
I know this pub isn't for everyone but we love it! What's not to like - good beer
Plenty of room so people could keep there distance. Landlady was doing a great job of making sure people were signing in and sitting down, but most importantly, keept the drinks coming with table service.
I would like to thank the landlord and staff for the wonderful way they helped me manage the most difficult day of my life. They we're supportive and understanding throughout and produced an amazing buffet, which everyone positively commented on.
Love this pub. Great atmosphere, fabulous bar staff, especially Toni. Live bands every Saturday and Sunday night. Welcoming and friendly.
