   Came here for dinner, didn't get what was advertised on the menu. The burger was really bad, tasted cheap. Expensive food with very little quality. Wetherspoons serves better food than this place.

   Visited the pub at this wonderful spot in Thornbury. We cannot say enough good things about the folks who work there and the service. My wife and I were visiting from the US and the local patrons could not have been more welcoming. Loved everything about this friendly place. We hope to be back some day.

   Me and my Wife went here this morning for Breakfast, the ladies who served as were very nice, we ordered a small and mega Breakfast with tea and coffee it came to £16.80 which is not only amazing value but beats anywhere we have been in the area for price, the food was cooked perfectly… nice and hot and we both thoroughly enjoyed it and told one of the ladies this after our meal… we will be back for more breakfast and will Also book in for a Christmas meal!

   Such a great team. A bit worried I'd lost my wallet seeing off a friend and all the locals and team got involved in ensuring nothing was lost. Lovely chill atmosphere and easy to make chat with locals. Never had an issuing popping up and popping again at a later date. Team and punters are always nice!!!

   We've been to The Swan three times over the last six weeks, each time having the steak and chips. Each time it has been absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked medium rare as we asked. Well worth the trips across the Severn Bridge just for this meal! On our last visit the log fire was burning warmly which was lovely when coming in from the snow outside! Charlie the pub's dog is gorgeous and very well behaved.

   Wonderful traditional pub with open fires and a lovely dog. The rooms are good value. Great breakfast and warm spacious rooms. I would have given five stars but I do not particularly like having shared bathrooms. Also, the floorboards are authentically creaky and squeaky so anyone visiting the bathroom in the night could disturb light sleepers

   First visit and definitely not the last. From the first look at the bar was a good indication of a great time. Thatchers Old Rascal for me and my mates favourite drink blackthorn on tap! Brilliant choice of food with loads of excellent choices at VERY good prices. Thank you the Swan Thornbury.
