Had a party of 11 on a Saturday lunchtime. Food was excellent, presented well and hot, all cane out at same time. Desserts slightly pricey at £7 but you got a decent serving. Service was great, host checking in and asking if everything was ok during our time there.

Enjoyed dinner on a Friday night on my own. The portions are generous whatever you have. The pint of Wadworth 6X had no head froth but it tasted ok. There is a function room at the rear. Friendly staff.

Used as overnight stop in our motorhome. Lovely big field with toilet block in it. Pub unfortunately closed for food when we stayed but landlady was very helpful and we paid our £10 and enjoyed a drink at the bar. Dog friendly too.

Started going there in 1964 as a Mod on my Triumph Tigress Scooter. Over the years seen many landlords and lady's including Val and Jan. Many changes over the years a pub in the countryside facing so many challenges. Was there last Sunday had a fabulous Roast Beef dinner with all the trimmings. What can I say delicious. Good selection of drinks including non alcoholic which in my view is taking care of it's customers. Very comfortable. Service we received was fast efficient polite friendly and the food was piping hot.

Nice food at the plough. The pub itself needs a bit of updating, but we really enjoyed the food.

Visited for a private function which they appear to be fully prepared for; a marquee adjoining the main building and food prepared and set out. A stage is available for entertainment, and free parking seems an ideal venue. I've eaten there before and found it good.

We attended The Plough for a Wedding party with a meal on a Friday evening. Event was held in a marquee. Excellent service and food. 100 guests kept happy. Certainly would return to this pub for a meal. Excellent.

Warm and cosy as it was chilly outside. Very taste cottage pie and gammon, egg, chips and peas.
