   I went into the gym today to get a tour and get a feel for the place, first impressions are great! I met Dave who showed me round and talked me through all the available equipment. The atmosphere is good, it feels very supportive and all the stations are clean. I'm really looking forward to going more often.

   Went in for my first session today and it was great. Dave showed me around the gym and helped me with my program throughout my whole session giving me tips here and there and always listening to me. A very welcoming gym and great staff and good equipment. :D

   Not long joined but can’t fault this place. The space is bigger than expected with quality equipment and a good vibe. Only been once when ‘busy’ (5-6 folk in on a Monday evening ) so never jostling for equipment. It’s not pretentious in any way (some gyms can be) and the staff are always around for advice etc.

   I'm currently attending this gym for Physiotherapy and I have never been in a more welcoming, friendly and safe environment. All of the staff are wonderful and enthusiastic and I feel incredibly comfortable making my progress here! Dave has been especially amazing with my one on one sessions, helping me ensure I'm doing everything correctly and safely!

   I decided finally to make a change and improve my health and fitness. Dave and his team are amazing. They have been so supportive and encouraging helping me to make positive changes. As a personal trainer Dave is helping me in stages to realise what I can do, not what I can't. For a novice I think that the gym is perfect, a good size; not too big and very welcoming. We are working to preparing a workout and health plan for my own needs which I am looking forward to. The equipment I've used so far is amazing and well laid out. I am looking forward to Cleanliness and COVID procedures are very reassuring. The team, the gym, and location for me are perfect. Thoroughly recommend.

   Great place. If you're looking for a private gym that's not overcrowded and overwhelmed, this is a place. And if you're looking for a great workout with the best equipment, it's here. Great advise from the owner and staff. Super affordable and just now has 12 day pass only for January, includes classes and a plan if you want - I got this one but other prices options there too. Free parking. Need to wear a mask when moving around and lots of cleaning stations provided to wipe before and after equipment use. Plus the staff where doing a deep clean towards the closing time.

   What a fantastic, welcoming and inclusive gym! Dave and his team do an amazing job of making everyone feel welcome no matter what experience you have in a gym. The equipment is brand new and plenty of options to get a really varied workout. The personal trainers go above and beyond by helping you out with a program free of charge when you join up. They also take you through how to use the machines and free weights area. I really could not recommend this place highly enough....Get signed up!
