   We had a burger meal last Saturday December 6th. Unfortunately it was a very poor meal. The burger bun was not toasted and was of a very poor quality. There was a spoonful of something with a blackish squirt of something on the top placed on each plate. The patties were very small and were served only lukewarm. They were the worst burgers we have ever eaten. Certainly never worth the supposed original cost or even the offer price. The wine and the beer were fine.

   It’s a very unconventional pub in the sense that you get a curry house within a very English tradition pub. Not your stereotypical curry that you would otherwise get from a Wetherspoons but decent cuisine that isn’t heated in a microwave. The guys here are lovely and very welcoming really recommend. Check them out. Fantastic.

   Approached the staff in here about hosting us for a private birthday party. Not something they usually do there but they were more than happy to accommodate all of our needs including a great selection of food for the party. We had an amazing party there and the owner, Sri was there all night as well to make sure it all went swimmingly and kept the vibes up all night. Great selection of drinks also, will definitely be returning as a frequent customer. Cheers all for making it a great birthday!

   Stopped by for a pint, noticed it was Indian owners and Indian food on the menu. The results… a lovely tasting biriani. Staff were friendly and proud of their dishes, which I think is great. Worth a visit for sure

   Popped in here after first going into another local pub which had just recently reopened having walked past the Shakespeare a fair few times after work and thinking .. yeah I'll go in here at some point and never doing it. Until finally Friday I popped in with a couple work colleagues and we got a pint each and it was really really nice. It's deceptively small looking but when you go in there is a lot of room, few tables at the front, a TV and the bar (both barmen were friendly and chatty too) and there is more seating at the back along with your obligatory pub toilets. I'll be going back .. that's for sure.

   Dived in here out of the rain on the way to Christmas market. Friendly bar staff ( have a seat) we will bring it over.we had drinks and a toasty & chips just the job. Rese the barman pulling the pints and the guy that serviced us could not have been more helpful.
