Was in a temporary financial vacuum needing some cash to pay impending bills and the very courteous staff at H&T offered me a loan on some gold coins I had of £800 which was a fair price but I only needed half that so took £400 to make it easier to retrieve the coins and was very happy with the service.
Absolutely brilliant service! Took some scrap gold to sell and I was offered an unbelievably generous offer which was in fact more than DOUBLE what Ramsdens offered me !! Chris who served me was so pleasant and professional and extremely patient! He explained that if I changed my mind the gold was kept for an astonishing six months !! They also do currency at a very competitive rate ! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely come back MANY thanks !
Went to Ramsdens in Glenrothes and got offered £95 for a wee collection of rings, wasn't impressed so said no. Came to H&T and recieved an excellent service. Staff for a start were very helpful and friendly, unlike Ramsdens! I recieved alot more from H&T for the same rings. Amazing service and very tair
Had been looking for some time for the right ring, right size. I love 2nd hand jewellery & the fact there will be a history behind it somewhere. Looked online, found one that seemed to fit the bill on all counts. Never bought from H&T before but bit the bullet, gave it a try, reassured by the returns policy if I didn’t like it. My ring arrived less than 48hrs later, fits perfectly, looks amazing, so much better than other jewellery I’ve purchased on other well known sights. Very happy customer.

Was in town with my son & spotted a lovely ring in the window my son Jack bought it for me x the lady in the shop was just so very lovely I hope I will be back x would recommend having a wee look in the window on the way past great service & great prices what’s not to love thanks again x
