This is a really good place to do your shopping, offering a wide range of products all in one convenient location. There’s an impressive selection of everyday essentials, groceries, and household items, so it’s easy to find pretty much everything you need in one trip. The fresh fruit and vegetable section is especially good, with plenty of choice and generally good quality produce. It’s also great to see a nice selection of halal items available, which makes it much more accessible and welcoming for a wider range of shoppers. On top of that, there’s a large clothing section with a good variety of styles and sizes, making it handy if you need to pick up clothes while doing your food shop. Customer service is positive. Staff are generally helpful and approachable if you need assistance. Overall, it’s a well-stocked, convenient, and reliable place to shop, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone.

Great fresh sushi and street food, like the lovely chicken bites, in Panku kiosk at the far end of the supermarket, close to the pizza counter. That's freshly made every day and the kiosk staff is so kind. The fridge is always full and the shelves on the side has got particular crisps and drinks. Amazing!

Well this is the second time I’ve been to the store and had the misfortune to be spoken to like dirt on a shoe by a woman with pink hair. Went to collect a George order and followed the online instructions to click I was here in store and to wait at the click and collection point for someone to bring my parcels. I stood for 20 minutes. Lots of staff wandering around with ‘happy to help’ on their fleeces but no one approached me at the collection point to say that parcels should be collected from customer services. I watched the huge queue at customer services go down whilst I waited and eventually thought it was ridiculous how long I had to wait. I approached a member of staff so I could complain about the length of time. They called for the ‘manager’ and pink haired woman shouts across the store “that collection point is for returns only, it says it on it, you need to go to customer services and she’ll get it for you!” By this point the queue was massive again and I had to leave for an appointment. There was no face to face apology or sign on the collection point to go to customer services for pick up. Just an awful service provided. I was so angry, I called George and cancelled my order. I’ve always loved Asda and other staff in there are lovely but if this woman is management, she obviously does not lead by example. She is rude and abrupt and has no social skills whatsoever.

After purchasing 2 items from George at Customer services, they dont have carrier bags at this area?.Poor training and customer service skills. Do employees make no efforts to help customers now in this environment ,have encountered it a lot in this store.

Ordered 2 28ltr bags of logs with my home delivery. They were substituted for 1 18ltre bag they could at least have sent 2 smaller bags as they would have cost less than original order. I have had previous problems with logs on a click and collect they said out of stock but I went in store and they had plenty and had had them on display for several days. Rest of order fine and delivery guy brilliant but order picker gets a 2 out of 10

Placed an online grocery order and paid for express delivery between 11-12, it’s now 18.36 and I still haven’t received it! Called through and no explanation as to why it’s not been delivered and told me I’d have a refund in 3-5 days and a £5 evoucher, that still doesn’t help with the fact I’ve waited all afternoon for my food shop and I don’t have it! Not good enough. *After another phone call and disgusting customer service from one of your agents, I have now emailed customer services. Have been a loyal customer for years but will now be shopping elsewhere*

In general it’s a fine store. It’s extremely busy, which can make parking close a little difficult. Sometimes there is a lack of trolleys at the entrance. The self serve options are very good, but I’ve noticed many times that when doing a Scan & Go shop the prices scanned are not the same as those on the shelves. I see from other reviews that I’m not the only one to notice it. This isn’t too bad when it’s only pennies, but in some instances I’ve seen prices out by £2 or more. During a cost of living crisis people are needing to be extra vigilant during their spending, and it’s disappointing that stores are not keeping the prices aligned correctly. This has happened on so many occasions, that I actually feel like it’s a bit of a scam, even if it’s a genuine mistake. Another gripe I have about this store is that very often there will be large trolleys of stock and cardboard boxes littering the aisles. Gone are the days of night shift shelf stacking, but this can lead to a very poor customer experience when trying to navigate aisles for goods. I’ve fed this back several times in surveys Asda have sent me after my shops, but either the feedback isn’t reaching the store or they just don’t care. Despite all this, it’s a very useful store with generally good pricing (as long as you check it!) and plenty of varied items.

Always well stocked shelves and can find most things you need in Asda. Nice big shop, with a large clothing department and well run chemist. Prices have went up, but not as much as other supermarkets. Also has a photo department and key cutting. As well as a McDonald's and Krispy Kreme stand. Nice and quiet before 9am with no trouble parking. Cigarette kiosk is a shambles as it's also customer service kiosk with more often than not 1 person serving, cause big queues and lengthy waits.
