My personal experience wasn't great. Took my dog and several concerns (like dog's behaviour, matting, time, etc.) were raised before even starting. We even agreed for extra £10 as matting charges but then she said she won't guarantee things going good. It appeared the person on reception was trying hard not to take our pet.
I took Max, a 12 year old collie for his first ever professional groom today. He’s going to a wedding on Saturday, so I wanted him spruced up a bit. I was worried he’d be anxious but he was so well behaved and the girls did a fantastic job on him. He’s so handsome and his coat looks amazing. Thank you, you have done a great job. We will definitely be back.
Great service, lovely girls. Took a rescue dog I'm fostering for a shampoo. Very skittish, the girls handled her in their stride. Definitely recommend
Thank you so so much to Jane (me and my girlfriend were there on the 26th at 13:00, there was another girl as well). Both were just so nice and professional. Our dog a lovely big boy but he’s afraid of other dogs. They took care of him and he was really happy, clean and amazingly brushed (he’s shedding a looot!). I’ll definitely call for the next appointment being sure the same two girls will take care of my baby! Thank you! I would give you more stars if I could! Marley says thanks as well!
Great service, always kind and nice. Just please, dry properly the dogs. Mine is always very wet on his neck and yesterday on his chest as well.
Excellent service - We brought our puppy for their first grooming session here and Maria could not have been any lovelier! She was really good and calm with our relatively anxious pup, I would whole heartedly recommend her.
Excellent. Second visit now. First was a cut etc and the girls did it exactly as we requested. Second visit just a pamper really and well worth it. Wouldn't hesitate to return again
